Life Savers!!!!

Our controllers have been well “loved” and the pads had started to wear down/ or

WHICH CONTROLLERS CAN I USE THE GRIPIT WITH?

It will fit these official controllers:

DOES THE GRIPIT ADD HEIGHT TO THE THUMBSTICKS?

Nope. The difference in height of the GRIPIT will be insubstantial. They are
designed to increase performance whilst maintaining the original ergonomics of
the controller.


CAN I USE GRIPIT AND TRIGGER TREADZ IN ESPORTS TOURNAMENTS?

Yes they are eSports recommended and only to be used on the right and left
thumbsticks and shoulder buttons i.e. R2 L2/RT LT buttons.


WILL THE GRIPIT MOVE ONCE THEY ARE ON THE CONTROLLER?

Not at all. When installed correctly, the grips fit very snugly and will not
move around.


WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE BULK AND RETAIL PACK?

Just the packaging. The actual GRIPIT covers are all original and no different.
The Bulk Pack comes in a small sealed bag and a branding card. You can also mix
and match GRIPIT colors with the Bulk Pack.
The Retail Pack comes in factory-sealed retail pack and is only available in
Black/Blue color combination.

In a 4-pack, you get 4 individual Grip-iTs which will fit 2 controllers (4
thumbsticks).
In a 6-pack, you get 6 individual Grip-iTs which will fit 3 controllers (6

IS THE GRIPIT LATEX-FREE?

Yes. For those of you who have latex allergies, don't worry, the grips are

TRIGGER TREADZ

WHICH CONTROLLERS ARE THE TRIGGER TREADZ COMPATIBLE WITH?

The PlayStation® 4 version will fit these official controllers:
PlayStation® 4 PS4, PS4 Slim, PS4 Pro, i.e. DualShock® 4 DS4

The Xbox One® version will fit these official controllers:
Xbox One®, Xbox One® S


WILL THE TRIGGER TREADZ FALL OFF ONCE INSTALLED?

Not at all. They are fitted with quality 3M™ adhesive backings and stick very
well. It is however important before installation to ensure the triggers are
clean and free from any dirt, grime, or sweat to ensure the best adhesion.


HOW MANY TRIGGER TREADZ DO I NEED?

Each pack comes with four (4) individual Trigger Treadz, so it will be enough
for two (2) controllers.


CAN TRIGGER TREADZ BE REMOVED? AND DOES IT LEAVE ANY RESIDUE?

If peeled carefully then they can be removed with no residue. Any slight residue
left can normally be cleaned off easily with a multi-surface, non-abrasive
polish or a alcohol-free wipe. However, once fitted we hope you love the
advantage and don't remove them! :)

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING? DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer free standard delivery in Australia (2-8 business days). We also ship
to New Zealand for AUD1.95, or Worldwide for AUD2.95 via regular international
airmail (8-12 business days). Express delivery options available. All orders are
dispatched from Coffs Harbour NSW 2450, Australia in 1 business day. Please

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Unfortunately not, as we do not have a physical storefront.


DO YOU ACCEPT P.O. BOX AND PARCEL LOCKER ADDRESSES?

P.O. Box: Yes we most certainly do, and you will receive them as usual.

Parcel Locker: Yes we do! However, our packages are sent in envelopes and
therefore Australia Post will forward them to your assigned postal/residential
address instead. This will add an additional 1-2 business days to the delivery
time. We advise that you use a regular address instead to avoid this delay.


I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER YET, WHAT DO I DO?

Please wait at least until after the estimated delivery time frame before
contacting us as postage delays do occur. However if you've waited longer,
please email gripitaustralia@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help you
out. Rest assured we'll always ensure you receive your order!


WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY/RETURNS POLICY?

We will gladly replace defective products as per Australian Consumer Law. Send
us a picture of the defect within 30 days of receiving the product, and we will
send you a replacement. Refunds and returns are not available if you simply
