PALMERSTOWN COURT



Palmerstown Court is a well maintained residential apartment complex that offers
61 residential units for rent in the heart of Limerick City. The complex is in
close proximity to the famous Limerick Milk Market and within walking distance
from the main O’Connell Street the famous Limerick Milk Market.

The complex has a secure roofed car park which both residents and non-residents
can avail of to park in on a monthly basis. The building is monitored through
CCTV with access being limited to only those who are residents and the
non-residents renting a parking space.




RESIDENTIAL UNITS



Here at Plamerstown Court, we offer 61 residential units that come fully
furnished and are well maintained. The units encompass a lovely open courtyard
with an artificial grass centre that is perfect for many outdoor activities and
for children to play on.

All units are fully refurbished to a BER of A3/A2 which is at the top range of
energy efficiency, including walls insulation, new windows and doors, energy
lighting bulbs and air to water heating system. 


CAR PARK & BIKE SHED



The entrance to the car park is located towards the side of the building with
gate access being granted through the Nold App on smartphones. The car park
includes 61 parking spaces and a recently established bike shed for residents to
store their bikes in. Parking spaces are rented on a monthly basis with spaces
costing €35 a month for residents of Palmerstown Court and €70 for
non-residents.

LOCATION



Located in the heart of Limerick City, Palmerstown Court is within walking
distance of all the major amenities and services the city has to offer. It is
less than 1 km away from the O’Connell street and is only an 8 minute walk from
both Limerick Train Station and Arthur’s Quay making it an ideal spot for those
working in the city or needing public transport to commute.

Across the street from Palmerstown is one of Limerick’s historic weekend
attractions, The Milk Market. Open at the weekends the market gives the public a
wide variety of stalls to browse through with fresh locally sourced vegetables,
fruits of the world, cafes, fashion and art and many more.
