WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

As a Senior Business Developer, you will play a pivotal role in building and
nurturing key partnerships with asset managers, including hedge funds, venture
funds, DAOs, and more. Your strategic insights will be instrumental in guiding
our product and engineering teams, and contributing to critical business
decisions. Working closely with our co-founder, you will develop a robust
clientele for our product, leveraging your exceptional communication and
relationship-building skills.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Research, develop, and manage partnerships with asset managers operating
on-chain
Implement a repeatable pipeline strategy to cultivate and maintain relationships
with potential clients
Document and track all business development efforts effectively in a CRM
Collaborate with our co-founder to establish a comprehensive client and partner
network for Console
Stay abreast of the latest developments in the blockchain and DeFi space,
introducing new ideas and opportunities to the company.


QUALIFICATIONS

at least 3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or similar
roles, preferably within institutional or asset manager-facing companies.
Demonstrated experience in crypto (bonus if you have worked with crypto custody
solutions and wallets).
Strong network and experience in developing partner opportunities across
financial institutions in capital markets.
Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
Great attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
