QueSG


WHAT IS QUESG ?

QueSG a fully featured, free to use, queue system. It allows citizens to queue
and monitor their positions while organisers manage the queue, all done
digitally. This offering is motivated by the desire to solve problems for the
citizens of Singapore.


WHY

Queuing up is part of being a Singaporean. However, queuing and maintain social
distancing is hard. Digital queues could easily replace physical lines and allow
people to be present when necessary.
We don't like to be stuck in a queue. No one does. Queues may be unavoidable,
the experience could be as pleasant as possible.
We believe technology can be used to great effect here. The mobile screen in
your pocket can be put to work, with real time queue updates. There is no need
to physically remain in a particular area. Our time could be better spent.


HOW DOES IT WORK

Agencies
 1. Create an account. The portal will generate a bespoke url QR Code.
 2. Display the QR Code. Or distribute the url via any means.
 3. Wait for visitors to join the queue.
 4. Call visitors via the portal.

Visitors
 1. Scan. Visitors scan a QR Code to join the virtual queue. Queue details,
    waiting time, etc will be displayed and updated in real time on the mobile
    device.
 2. Roam.
 3. Return to venue when your turn is called.
