From 1st December 2021, all transactions of loading money into their wallet via
Debit Cards will be charged up to 0.75% (inclusive of GST). | A surcharge of
upto 2% will be applicable on users who have added money into their wallet using
Debit Cards and taken it into their bank accounts. | For example - If a user
adds Rs 5000 to his Paytm Wallet using Debit Cards, spends Rs 1000 using Paytm
and takes Rs 1000 or more back to his bank account in the same month, then the
user will be levied a surcharge of upto 2%
As per the Govt guidelines, few banking services are categorised as essential
services. We therefore are committed to serve you and shall be operational with
our revised business hours with effect from March 27, 2020 till further

On opening savings account, you will get a digital card. To apply for a physical
Card, kindly follow the steps below

 * Tap on the ‘Bank’ icon at the bottom right corner of your screen
 * Scroll down and choose the option ‘Digital Debit Card’
 * Choose the option ‘Request ATM Card’
 * Select your delivery address and click on ‘Proceed to Pay’
 * Your order will be placed once the payment is successful.
