We do this by facilitating group volunteer opportunities – from blood drives to robotics clubs – in their local communities. GLOBAL MONTHS OF SERVICE (GMOS) The Foundation hosts an annual volunteer-a-thon in which teams around the world complete volunteer projects to generate donations for charity. In 2023, 28% of employees across 43 countries logged 60,000+ volunteer hours during Global Months of Service, resulting in $250,000 in donations. CEO AWARD FOR VOLUNTEERISM The Foundation recognizes the exemplary volunteer efforts of a select group of employees each year with the company’s highest volunteer honor: the CEO Award for Volunteerism. Recipients receive an award and $5,000 to designate toward a nonprofit. ENGAGEMENT COMMITTEES Local Engagement Committees offer employees the opportunity to serve as site-specific volunteer ambassadors.
