<h4>GUIDELINES FOR NURSERY ONLINE REGISTRATION</h4>
<h4>SESSION 2024 - 2025</h4>

<li>It is mandatory to have a personal Email ID for communication.</li>
<li>The Registration Form will be accepted only upon the successful online payment of the Registration Fees.</li>
<li>Upon successful submission of your Registration Form, the system will generate an Acknowledgment Receipt with a Registration Number which you would need for all further correspondence. <strong>(Kindly ensure that the pop – up
blocker is turned off)</strong>.</li>
<li>The following documents have to be submitted physically in the school on the date and time mentioned in the Registration Form for completing the registration process:</li>
<ul style="list-style-type: disc;">
<li>Self – attested printout of the Registration Form in A4 size paper.</li>
<li>One postcard size (4" x 6") photograph of the child with the parents.</li>
<li>Photocopy of the Birth Certificate from Municipal Corporation.</li>
<li>Photocopy of the Caste Certificate of parents if SC, ST or OBC.</li>
<li>Photocopy of the Marksheet / ID Card of the sibling (own brothers / sisters only) if any in Mount Assisi School.</li>
</ul>
<li>Kindly fill in the particulars of the child (i.e., name, parent’s name, date of birth and other details) correctly.</li>
<li>The date of birth entered in the Form must tally with the Birth Certificate of the child.</li>
<li>Incomplete Registration Forms or those with incorrect information will automatically stand rejected.</li>
<li>Bank service charges will be applicable for every transaction.</li>
<li>The School Management reserves all rights with regard to the admission or rejection of the candidate and is not bound to give any reasons.</li>

ADMISSION RESULT
KINDLY READ ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE YOU CLICK ON ‘PROCEED’ AT THE BOTTOM
GUIDELINES FOR NURSERY ONLINE REGISTRATION
SESSION 2024 - 2025
1. It is mandatory to have a personal Email ID for communication.
2. The Registration Form will be accepted only upon the successful online
payment of the Registration Fees.
3. Upon successful submission of your Registration Form, the system will
generate an Acknowledgment Receipt with a Registration Number which you
would need for all further correspondence. (Kindly ensure that the pop – up
blocker is turned off).
4. The following documents have to be submitted physically in the school on
the date and time mentioned in the Registration Form for completing the
registration process:
* Self – attested printout of the Registration Form in A4 size paper.
* One postcard size (4" x 6") photograph of the child with the parents.
* Photocopy of the Birth Certificate from Municipal Corporation.
* Photocopy of the Caste Certificate of parents if SC, ST or OBC.
* Photocopy of the Marksheet / ID Card of the sibling (own brothers /
sisters only) if any in Mount Assisi School.
5. Kindly fill in the particulars of the child (i.e., name, parent’s name,
date of birth and other details) correctly.
6. The date of birth entered in the Form must tally with the Birth Certificate
of the child.
7. Incomplete Registration Forms or those with incorrect information will
automatically stand rejected.
8. Bank service charges will be applicable for every transaction.
9. The School Management reserves all rights with regard to the admission or
rejection of the candidate and is not bound to give any reasons.
10. The date and time of the Result will be intimated to you through SMS.
