SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where can I ship a Gift Card to?

Vanilla Gift Cards can be delivered to one address, which can be different from
the billing address.

You cannot ship Gift Cards to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses, or international
addresses. Vanilla Gift does not accept payment methods with addresses from the
state of HI for Gift Cards.

How long does it take for a Gift Card to be delivered?

Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected. You can opt for Rush (2-3
business days), Expedited (3-4 business days), or Standard (5-6 business days).
If you selected a shipping method that has a tracking number it will be emailed
once the order ships.

Most approved eGift orders are delivered within 1 hour but can take up to 24
hours.

Holiday Delivery

We have been working with our carriers to plan for the expected surge in
shipping volume this holiday season, but delays are still expected. While we do
our best to provide our best estimated delivery dates to you, high shipping
volume may result in delays to those estimates.

We will not be responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances
beyond our control, such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or
strikes. Due to increased safety measures we are taking during COVID-19, orders
may be temporarily delayed beyond our standard shipping times. Because we do not
control these shipments, we cannot guarantee delivery and refunds will not be
issued for delivery delays.


GENERAL INFORMATION & GETTING STARTED

Where can I buy a Vanilla Gift Card?

You can buy Vanilla Gift Cards online at VanillaGift.com. You can also buy them
at participating retail locations.

Where can I find my order history?

To view orders, sign in to VanillaGift.com with your user ID and password, and
view past orders under My Account. You can also click Track Orders and use your
Email Address and Order Number.

Does VanillaGift.com sell eGift cards?

Yes, Vanilla Gift Card sells Gift Cards for email delivery. Please select
‘email’ as a delivery type on your choice of card and follow steps to purchase.
Once you have purchased, your email Gift Card can be accessed as a Vanilla Gift
Virtual Account.

Does my Vanilla eGift Card expire?

Your expiration date is nine (9) years from the date of purchase. This
expiration date is listed on your account for your reference. Funds do not
expire. Contact Vanilla Gift Card customer care for a replacement account number
upon account expiration.

What payment methods can I use to purchase a Vanilla Gift Card?

You can purchase Gift Cards using Visa, Vanilla, American Express or Discover
credit cards.


LOST OR STOLEN CARDS

What do I do if my Gift Card is lost or stolen?

If you believe that your Card has been lost or stolen, you need to notify us
immediately by calling 1-833-322-6760. You will be asked to provide us with the
Card number and other identifying information. We cannot provide a replacement
unless you provide your Card number and all other requested identifying
information.


USAGE

How do I use my Vanilla Gift Card to shop in-store?

1. Be sure to know your balance before you shop. Check your balance at
https://balance.VanillaGift.com or call 1-833-322-6760. To use your Gift Card
along with another form of payment, just tell the cashier how much you want to
apply to each payment type.

Please note, not all merchants allow split payment transactions and some
transaction types require a hold of up to 20% above the purchase amount. See
your Cardholder Agreement for more information.

2. Swipe your Card and select Credit on the keypad or enter a 4-digit number as
your PIN.

Your Vanilla eGift Card can be used to pay with digital wallets: Apply Pay,
Samsung Pay and Google Pay.

How do I use my Vanilla Gift Card to shop online?

1. Make sure the balance of the Vanilla Gift Card is more than the entire cost
of the purchase, including taxes.

Please note: some transaction types require a hold of up to 20% above the
purchase amount. See your Cardholder Agreement for more information.

2. Select ‘Credit’ or ‘Debit’ as the payment method (Do not select ‘Gift Card’).

3. In the Payment Method section, enter the card information as you would a
credit or debit card.

4. In the Billing Address section, please fill in your name and address.

How do I add my Vanilla Gift Card to a digital wallet?

Your Vanilla eGift Card can be used to pay with digital wallets: Apply Pay,
Samsung Pay and Google Pay.

1.Open the Wallet/App on your device.

2.Follow the on-screen instructions, including entering your card number
manually or taking a picture of your plastic card.

How do I activate my Gift Card?

If your Gift Card was purchased at VanillaGift.com, in most cases, the Card is
ready for use immediately. You can also activate your Gift Card and check the
balance at https://balance.VanillaGift.com or by calling the toll-free number
listed on the back of your Card. You will need to provide your Card number,
valid thru date, and security code located on the back of your Card.

We recommend that you sign your name on the back of the Gift Card, and record
the following information in case your Gift Card is ever lost or stolen: Gift
Card number, 4-digit Card Identification Code on the front of the Card, Security
Code located on the back of the Card, Customer Service phone number.

Where can I use my Vanilla Gift Card?

You can use your Vanilla Gift Card virtually anywhere Vanilla Cards are accepted
within the United States and District of Columbia, except the Gift Card may not
be used for recurring billing or at ATMs.

You can use your Vanilla Gift Virtual Account with any United States-based
online, phone, or mail-order merchants wherever Vanilla debit cards are
accepted. Please remember, you will only be able to shop with merchants in the
United States and District of Columbia. Your Virtual Account cannot be used for
transactions requiring a physical card.

Can I use my Card at gas stations?

When paying at the pump, some merchants can authorize and hold up to $100 or the
full value of your card, whichever amount is smaller to ensure you have
sufficient funds. So, make sure you always know your balance. To avoid the hold
at the pump, give your card to the attendant to prepay for the gas.

Why is the merchant charging me for more than what I signed on my receipt?

Some purchases require a preauthorization wherein the merchant sends in a
transaction for a higher amount than the purchase. This most often occurs at the
gas pump or at a restaurant. When dining out, restaurants typically add 20% to
your total to account for the tip. We are required to approve and hold funds
based on the estimated total until the merchant finalizes the transaction.
Merchant finalization can take up to 7 business days.

Can I convert a Vanilla eGift Card into a physical, plastic gift card?

No, we cannot transfer your funds onto a physical gift card.

Can I get cash with my Vanilla Gift Card?

Vanilla Gift Cards cannot be used at ATMs nor can you get cash back from any of
your purchases.

How do I check the balance on my Vanilla Gift Card?

Simply go to https://balance.VanillaGift.com and enter your Gift Card’s Security
Code, Expiration Date, and Card Number.


CANCEL ORDER

Can I cancel an order?

In the interest of processing your order as quickly as possible, once your order
has been processed and you receive an order confirmation email, there is only a
brief window of time where you will be able to cancel your order after it has
been placed. We highly encourage you to review your cart and checkout details
before checking out.

Why was my Gift Card order canceled?

Please call Customer Service at 1-844-433-7898 to get details about your
canceled order.

Can I get a refund on my Gift Card purchase?

You may be able to get a refund on your purchase. Terms and conditions apply.

SECURITY & FEES

Are there monthly fees or usage fees with my Vanilla eGift Card?

There are no fees associated with your Vanilla eGift Card, other than the
purchase fee.

I lost my order confirmation email. How can I get it reissued to me?

Please contact Vanilla Gift Card for assistance at 1-844-433-7898 to obtain
another order confirmation email.

How do I resend an eGift Card if the recipient didn’t receive the email?

If the recipient did not receive the eGift Card email, you can resend the email
by going to VanillaGift.com. Click Track Order and either log in or enter your
email address used to order. Click My Orders under My Account. Once you’ve
located the purchase, you can resend the email.

If you and/or the recipient have not received your eGift and you need to resend
or change the email address, please click on the Change/Resend email link in
your email titled Your Order Is On Its Way.
