Aurum MegaMetals Corporation, a Florida company, is the sole owner of all the issued shares of Altyn Ken LLP which has its mining operations at the Arkharly site in the Karbulak district of the Almaty region in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Company holds licenses for exploration, extraction and processing of gold-bearing ore. Currently, the main tasks are to improve the technologies and processes of extraction and processing, exploration of previously undeveloped deposits, their development and processing of gold-bearing ore. CONSORTIUM Altyn-Ken LLP is also participating in a US$3+ billion Consortium Agreement what was registered in KZI Bank, Republic of Kazakhstan and which includes financing from the International Fund “International ABU Development Foundation”, a US fund. GOAL Our Goal is to become a stable leading company in the extraction and processing of natural resources in Central Asia. To do this, we constantly strive to achieve the highest standards of production, increase shareholder value while caring for our employees, local communities, and the environment. The company’s priorities remain invariably – continuing to work for the benefit of the development of domestic subsoil use and strengthening the position of LLP ALTYN KEN in foreign markets. MANAGEMENT The board of Directors consists of a member from Kazakhstan as well as a member from the United States. Samat Nurmakhanov, president He graduated from the mining faculty at the Kazakhstan Polytechnic University. He furthered his studies obtaining a Certification of Financial Managers. He was vice president of MARO, a Latvian company and later director of SULTAN, a production company. He acted as consultant in various construction organizations for the dislocation committee from Almaty to Astana. He was the founder and director of ASAR XX1 and NVRDIN-36 LLP. He gained an excellent experience as the consultant to the JSC Bank Center Credit. In 2015 he founded the mining company Altyn Ken LLP. In 2021 he also founded and remains on the board of the oil company, Altyn-Ken+D LLP Zbigniew Lambo, secretary MINING IN KAZAKHSTAN Up to 30% of the world reserves of chrome ore, 25% of manganese ores, 10% of iron ores are concentrated in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Reserves of copper, lead and zinc are from 10% to 13% of the world. Of the 105 elements of the periodic table, 99 elements have been identified in the bowels of the Republic of Kazakhstan, reserves of 70 have been explored, and more than 60 elements have been involved in production. OPERATIONS LLP ALTYN KEN has successfully approached the start of the company’s modernization project with an update to the equipment at the mines, both in the mining departments and in the mines. The Company holds licenses for exploration, extraction and processing of gold-bearing ore. Using advanced technology we developed a project for the extraction of various metals in processing man-made waste dumps by the extraction of iron oxide pigment and the production of building materials.
