 1. GENERAL
    
    1. OVERVIEW: The Erin Condren rewards program (the “Program”) is a loyalty
       reward program offered by EC Design LLC (the “Company”, “us”, “our” or
       “we”) to certain customers of the Company. The Program is accessible
       through www.erincondren.com (the “Program Website”) and any other related
       sites and applications referred to on the Program Website including
       without limitation www.erincondren.com/rewards (the “Explainer Page”).The
       Program allows persons who have completed the membership enrollment steps
       (each, a “Program Member” or “Member”) in accordance with the present
       Terms and Conditions to collect points when making purchases on items
       identified from time to time by the Company (“Eligible Purchases”), and
       to redeem these points for rewards, benefits and/or rebates offered by
       the Company from time to time. Customers using the Erin Condren referral
       program (https://www.erincondren.com/referral-how-it-works) (the
       “Referral Program”) will be automatically enrolled in the Program so that
       referrals can be redeemed for points. Members acquire no vested right or
       entitlement to the continued availability of any particular reward,
       benefit or redemption level.
    
    2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The terms and conditions set forth herein (the
       “Terms & Conditions”, and together with any terms set forth on the
       Program Website, the Explainer Page and any other terms accessible
       through any of the foregoing, collectively the “Program Terms”) govern
       the Program. The Company in its sole discretion can, restrict, suspend,
       amend, extend or otherwise alter the Program Terms at any time and
       without prior notice. If the Program Terms have been updated, the Company
       will post the new Program Terms on the Program Website and note the date
       that they were last updated, and no change will be effective until such
       change has been posted for at least ten (10) days. We encourage Members
       to review the Program Terms each time they use the Program.
    
    3. ACCEPTANCE: By using or enrolling in the Program, you accept and agree to
       be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By participating in the Referral
       Program, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
       Referral Program participants will be auto-enrolled in the Program.
       Members can opt out of the Program at any time, but in doing so may
       forfeit existing point balances. Referrals will translate to points
       effective March _3,_ 2020. Referral credit existing as of March 3, 2020
       will remain in full force and effect.

 2. PROGRAM MEMBERSHIP
    
    1. MEMBERSHIP ENROLLMENT: Membership is free and no initial purchase is
       required in order to become a Member. To become a valid Member, you must
       complete the enrollment process by providing complete and accurate
       information and indicating your acceptance of the Program Terms. After
       completion, you will receive a rewards member number (“Member Number”).
       If you participate in the Referral Program and have an existing Erin
       Condren account, you will be auto-enrolled in the Program.
    
    2. PASSWORDS AND SECURITY: In order to enroll in the Program, you will have
       to register and create an Account with us and provide one or more names,
       email addresses, login usernames and passwords (together, “ID”). You are
       responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ID. You agree not
       to use the ID of any third party or disclose your ID to any third party.
       You are responsible for any and all activity that occurs on your Account.
       If you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account, you must notify us
       immediately. You agree to provide us with correct and complete Account
       information at all times and inform us of any changes to the information
       you have provided. We will keep your ID confidential. Only one EC Insider
       rewards account (“Account”) is permitted per person.
    
    3. SUSPENSION RIGHTS; CAPACITY: If the Company determines that a Program
       Member has abused any of the Program’s privileges, fails to comply with
       any of the Program Terms, or makes any misrepresentation to the Company
       the Company may, in its sole discretion, take such actions as it deems
       appropriate, including without limitation, suspending such Member’s
       privileges under the Program, revoking any or all of the points in such
       Program Member’s Account, and/or revoking the Program Member’s membership
       in the Program, in each case, with or without advance notice to the
       Member and without liability to the Company .Points will not be awarded
       if in the Company’s reasonable opinion the merchandise purchased will be
       used for resale or commercial use and any points awarded on such
       purchases will be forfeited. If a Member was awarded points for an offer
       or promotion in which a Member purchased product(s) in excess of
       reasonable quantities, the points awarded as a result of that offer or
       promotion may be forfeited without prior notice and the Account may be
       suspended or closed. Unless further restricted elsewhere in the Program
       Terms, Membership is only available to (i) individuals above the age of
       majority and who have legal capacity, and (ii) corporations, businesses,
       charities, partnerships, enterprises, schools or anyone other than an
       individual, provided that such entity has legal capacity and has duly
       authorized such Membership. If a Member does not meet the capacity
       requirements set out above, all points awarded to such Member may be
       forfeited without prior notice and the Account may be suspended or
       closed.
    
    4. CHANGE IN INFORMATION: Program Members are responsible to advise the
       Company immediately of any change to their address or other contact
       information. The Company will not be responsible for any communication
       not received by a Program Member, provided that the Company sent such
       communication to the address or other contact information then on file
       from such Program Member.
    
    5. INACTIVE ACCOUNTS: A Program Member Account is deemed to be inactive if
       points are not earned in connection with such Account for 1 year. Once an
       Account is deemed to be inactive, all points in such Account may, in the
       Company’s sole discretion, be deemed to have been forfeited by such
       Member, with or without notice. Points are reduced to zero upon closure
       of a Membership.
    
    6. SECURITY: If a Membership Number is used by any other person, all points
       relating to purchases made by such other person will be credited to the
       Member’s Account. The Company assumes no liability or responsibility for
       points redeemed by any person(s) prior to a notification to the Company’s
       Customer Service Centre that the Membership Number has been compromised.
       Any points redeemed prior to notification shall be at the Member’s risk.

 3. REWARD POINTS
    
    1. COLLECTION; REDEMPTION: Points can be earned by Program Members in
       connection with purchases of goods and/or services made through the
       Company (whether online and/or from physical locations) as set forth on
       the Explainer Page, regardless of method of payment, provided that the
       Membership Number is presented/entered at the time of purchase. Points
       will also be earned based on referrals. Points can be redeemed for
       rewards. When enough points have been accumulated to obtain the reward(s)
       desired, redemption may occur through online and/or physical locations as
       set forth on the Program website or Explainer Page. The redemption
       schedule, available rewards and other information is available on the
       Explainer Page. A Member must provide his/her Membership Number when
       redeeming points to protect the integrity of the Member’s points balance.
       Each Member is responsible to ensure that all Personal Information is
       correct and up-to-date and the Company reserves the right to block
       redemptions where the Member information is inaccurate or incomplete.
       Members are solely and entirely responsible for keeping their Account
       secure. If a purchase price is lower than the redemption value of the
       points, the remaining dollar value associated with all utilized points
       will be forfeited.
    
    2. VALUE: Points have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash. The
       accumulation of points does not entitle the Program Members to any vested
       rights, and the Company does not guarantee in any way the continued
       availability of any reward, redemption level, rebate or any other
       benefit. The Company assumes no liability to Members as regards the
       addition or deletion of items from or for which points can be collected
       and/or redeemed.
    
    3. TRANSFERABILITY: Except as permitted from time to time by the Company,
       points cannot be assigned, exchanged, traded, bartered, purchased or
       given by gift or otherwise sold. Any points so acquired are void. For the
       avoidance of doubt, such prohibited transfers include transfers upon
       operation or law upon the death of a Member.
    
    4. RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY: In the event of a return/exchange of any eligible
       purchase that initially earned points, such points will be deducted
       automatically from the Account that was used for the eligible purchase
       (whether or not the Membership Number is presented at the time of return
       and/or exchange). Points will be deducted at the same rate as they were
       earned. Upon the return and/or exchange of products awarded through the
       redemption of points, all redeemed points will be forfeited.
    
    5. PROMOTION: From time to time, the Company may advertise or offer
       exclusive offers to select Members to redeem points for items other than
       a discount reward, or receive other benefits or discounts.

 4. PRIVACY
    
    1. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION: We are committed to protecting your privacy. We
       will maintain the privacy and security of all personal information
       collected from Members, including, but not limited to: name, address,
       email address, telephone numbers, date of birth, account number and
       purchasing information (“Personal Information”).You understand that
       through your use of the Program, you consent to the collection and use of
       this information. As part of providing you the Program, we may need to
       provide you with certain communications, such as service announcements
       and administrative messages. These communications are considered part of
       the Program and your Account.
    
    2. UNSUBSCRIBE: By sharing your email address and as an active customer and
       Program Member, we and/or our service providers may communicate to you
       special offers, services, promotions and program information. You can
       unsubscribe from receiving such messages at any time by updating your
       online account, by contacting customer service of the applicable entity,
       or by clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of any promotional email.

 5. GENERAL
    
    1. ACCEPTANCE: By enrolling in the Program, each Member (i) certifies that
       he or she is over the age of majority in the province in which he or she
       resides (or is supervised by a parent or legal guardian who agrees to the
       Program Terms) and of mental capacity (or is supervised by a legal
       guardian who agrees to the Program Terms), (ii) consents to the company’s
       collection and use of certain personal information, except as he or she
       may otherwise notify the Company and (iii) agrees to the Program Terms,
       as they may be amended from time to time. By participating in the
       Referral Program, each Member certifies that they agree to the Program
       Terms.
    
    2. OTHER TERMS: These Terms & Conditions are in addition to any other
       Program Terms, and shall be read together with such other Program Terms
       as one and the same instrument; provided, that if there is a conflict
       between any terms set forth in these terms and conditions, the Program
       Website, the Explainer Page and/or any other Program Terms, such conflict
       shall be resolved as follows: first, the Explainer Page shall prevail,
       thereafter these Terms & Conditions, thereafter the Program Website and
       finally any other Program Terms. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event
       of any action, proceeding or other dispute arising from or relating to
       any Program Terms, such dispute shall be settled in accordance with the
       provisions and procedures set forth in these Terms & Conditions.
    
    3. ABUSE: Any abuse by a Member of the Program’s privileges, any failure by
       a Member to follow these Terms and Conditions, or any misrepresentation
       by a Member may subject the Member to expulsion from the Program,
       including forfeiture of all accumulated points.
    
    4. WAIVER: Every effort has been made to ensure that the information herein
       is correct. The Company is not responsible for any errors or omissions in
       printed copies of these Terms and Conditions nor those published from
       time to time on its website. Any waiver by the Company of the strict
       observance, performance or compliance by a Member with any of the Terms
       and Conditions contained herein, either expressly granted or by course of
       conduct, shall be effective only in the specific instance and shall not
       be deemed to be a waiver of any rights or remedies of the Company as a
       result of any other failure to observe, perform or comply with the Terms
       and Conditions. No delay or omission by the Company in exercising any
       right or remedy hereunder shall operate as waiver thereof or of any other
       right or remedy. In the event that any provision in these Terms and
       Conditions is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such
       determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any
       other remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

How do I sign up for EC Insider?

Existing Customers: Log onto your ErinCondren.com account and go to the ‘My
Info’ section. Make sure you’ve selected ‘YES’ next to to ‘Participate in EC
Insider’. To ensure you’ll get all the latest promotions and product releases,
make sure you’re signed up for our newsletter!

New Customers: Sign up for an Erin Condren account and make sure you check off
the boxes to participate in the EC Insider rewards program. That’s it! Now
you’ll be earning points and redeeming awards!

I’ve joined EC Insider, how do I start earning points? Where are my points from
previous orders?

As an EC Insider, (the first tier of our rewards program), you’ll earn 2 points
for every dollar spent and will be rewarded for engaging with us on social,
liking us on Facebook or sharing on Twitter! Additionally, you'll receive points
on your birthday, so make sure you enter your birthdate in the EC Insider pop up
icon. You can earn points on all purchases after you sign up for EC Insider and
your account is activated. Points from purchases previous to signing up for EC
Insider are unable to be retroactively converted into EC Insider points.

HOW IT WORKS

We are SO happy you want to spread the word! For each referral, you receive
1,000 EC Insider points, the equivalent of $10. You can use it towards an
immediate purchase or save it up for something big—it’s up to you!

In order to receive referral credit:

 1. You must have a valid customer account in good standing.

 2. Your referred friend must sign up with your link and complete the
    erincondren.com sign up process.

 3. Your referred friend who registered the new account must be a new Erin
    Condren customer and not an existing or returning customer.

 4. Your referred friend must make their first purchase on erincondren.com and
    you will receive the referral credit once their order ships.



REFERRALS

EC customers may only have one erincondren.com account and cannot refer
themselves. Please note we cannot honor referral credits that are sent to e-mail
addresses you own.

Referral Link

Erin Condren customers can access their unique referral link when they are
signed in to their account. The referral link is available in the “My Account”
page.

Referral Coupon

After your friend signs up through your link, your friend will receive a unique
single-use $10 coupon to use towards their first order. The coupon will only
work towards your friend’s first order, is not stackable, and cannot be used
towards eGift card purchases. This coupon will be valid for 30 days.

Your friend can load their coupon at checkout on the “Payment Info” page.

Referral Credit

After your friend signs up through your link, makes their first purchase and
their order ships, 1,000 EC Insider points will be automatically loaded into you
Insider account.



REWARDS

Erin Condren Customers:

 * Receive 1,000 EC Insider points per referral

 * EC Insider points can’t be exchanged, transferred, redeemed, replaced or
   refunded for cash.

 * There is no limit to how many points you can accumulate.

Reward Limitations

 * EC Insider points cannot be used towards the purchase of eGift cards.

 * EC Insider points do not stack with coupons.

 * EC Insider points can be redeemed only on items sold by Erin Condren on the
   erincondren.com website or in-store at the Erin Condren retail store
   locations. It is valid for one-time use only, and is non-refundable- if you
   use EC Insider points to purchase a returnable item and you return that item,
   the amount of points used by you to pay for the item will be deducted from
   the total amount of the refund.

 * EC Insider points cannot be transferred from person to person.

Reward Guidelines

We may void your referral points if you do any of the following:

 1. Open multiple accounts, including with different email addresses, for the
    same person in order to generate additional referral credits;

 2. Refer customers using spam, display advertising, sponsored links,
    unsolicited emails, or links.

 3. Use false names, impersonate other people, or otherwise provide false or
    misleading information to Erin Condren;

 4. Violate these terms or any other of Erin Condren’s terms and conditions in
    any way;

 5. Participate in our referral program if doing so would be prohibited by any
    applicable laws or regulations.

 1. GENERAL
    
    1. OVERVIEW: The Erin Condren rewards program (the “Program”) is a loyalty
       reward program offered by EC Design LLC (the “Company”, “us”, “our” or
       “we”) to certain customers of the Company. The Program is accessible
       through www.erincondren.com (the “Program Website”) and any other related
       sites and applications referred to on the Program Website including
       without limitation www.erincondren.com/rewards (the “Explainer Page”).The
       Program allows persons who have completed the membership enrollment steps
       (each, a “Program Member” or “Member”) in accordance with the present
       Terms and Conditions to collect points when making purchases on items
       identified from time to time by the Company (“Eligible Purchases”), and
       to redeem these points for rewards, benefits and/or rebates offered by
       the Company from time to time. Customers using the Erin Condren referral
       program (https://www.erincondren.com/referral-how-it-works) (the
       “Referral Program”) will be automatically enrolled in the Program so that
       referrals can be redeemed for points. Members acquire no vested right or
       entitlement to the continued availability of any particular reward,
       benefit or redemption level.
    
    2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The terms and conditions set forth herein (the
       “Terms & Conditions”, and together with any terms set forth on the
       Program Website, the Explainer Page and any other terms accessible
       through any of the foregoing, collectively the “Program Terms”) govern
       the Program. The Company in its sole discretion can, restrict, suspend,
       amend, extend or otherwise alter the Program Terms at any time and
       without prior notice. If the Program Terms have been updated, the Company
       will post the new Program Terms on the Program Website and note the date
       that they were last updated, and no change will be effective until such
       change has been posted for at least ten (10) days. We encourage Members
       to review the Program Terms each time they use the Program.
    
    3. ACCEPTANCE: By using or enrolling in the Program, you accept and agree to
       be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By participating in the Referral
       Program, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
       Referral Program participants will be auto-enrolled in the Program.
       Members can opt out of the Program at any time, but in doing so may
       forfeit existing point balances. Referrals will translate to points
       effective March _3,_ 2020. Referral credit existing as of March 3, 2020
       will remain in full force and effect.

 2. PROGRAM MEMBERSHIP
    
    1. MEMBERSHIP ENROLLMENT: Membership is free and no initial purchase is
       required in order to become a Member. To become a valid Member, you must
       complete the enrollment process by providing complete and accurate
       information and indicating your acceptance of the Program Terms. After
       completion, you will receive a rewards member number (“Member Number”).
       If you participate in the Referral Program and have an existing Erin
       Condren account, you will be auto-enrolled in the Program.
    
    2. PASSWORDS AND SECURITY: In order to enroll in the Program, you will have
       to register and create an Account with us and provide one or more names,
       email addresses, login usernames and passwords (together, “ID”). You are
       responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ID. You agree not
       to use the ID of any third party or disclose your ID to any third party.
       You are responsible for any and all activity that occurs on your Account.
       If you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account, you must notify us
       immediately. You agree to provide us with correct and complete Account
       information at all times and inform us of any changes to the information
       you have provided. We will keep your ID confidential. Only one EC Insider
       rewards account (“Account”) is permitted per person.
    
    3. SUSPENSION RIGHTS; CAPACITY: If the Company determines that a Program
       Member has abused any of the Program’s privileges, fails to comply with
       any of the Program Terms, or makes any misrepresentation to the Company
       the Company may, in its sole discretion, take such actions as it deems
       appropriate, including without limitation, suspending such Member’s
       privileges under the Program, revoking any or all of the points in such
       Program Member’s Account, and/or revoking the Program Member’s membership
       in the Program, in each case, with or without advance notice to the
       Member and without liability to the Company .Points will not be awarded
       if in the Company’s reasonable opinion the merchandise purchased will be
       used for resale or commercial use and any points awarded on such
       purchases will be forfeited. If a Member was awarded points for an offer
       or promotion in which a Member purchased product(s) in excess of
       reasonable quantities, the points awarded as a result of that offer or
       promotion may be forfeited without prior notice and the Account may be
       suspended or closed. Unless further restricted elsewhere in the Program
       Terms, Membership is only available to (i) individuals above the age of
       majority and who have legal capacity, and (ii) corporations, businesses,
       charities, partnerships, enterprises, schools or anyone other than an
       individual, provided that such entity has legal capacity and has duly
       authorized such Membership. If a Member does not meet the capacity
       requirements set out above, all points awarded to such Member may be
       forfeited without prior notice and the Account may be suspended or
       closed.
    
    4. CHANGE IN INFORMATION: Program Members are responsible to advise the
       Company immediately of any change to their address or other contact
       information. The Company will not be responsible for any communication
       not received by a Program Member, provided that the Company sent such
       communication to the address or other contact information then on file
       from such Program Member.
    
    5. INACTIVE ACCOUNTS: A Program Member Account is deemed to be inactive if
       points are not earned in connection with such Account for 1 year. Once an
       Account is deemed to be inactive, all points in such Account may, in the
       Company’s sole discretion, be deemed to have been forfeited by such
       Member, with or without notice. Points are reduced to zero upon closure
       of a Membership.
    
    6. SECURITY: If a Membership Number is used by any other person, all points
       relating to purchases made by such other person will be credited to the
       Member’s Account. The Company assumes no liability or responsibility for
       points redeemed by any person(s) prior to a notification to the Company’s
       Customer Service Centre that the Membership Number has been compromised.
       Any points redeemed prior to notification shall be at the Member’s risk.

 3. REWARD POINTS
    
    1. COLLECTION; REDEMPTION: Points can be earned by Program Members in
       connection with purchases of goods and/or services made through the
       Company (whether online and/or from physical locations) as set forth on
       the Explainer Page, regardless of method of payment, provided that the
       Membership Number is presented/entered at the time of purchase. Points
       will also be earned based on referrals. Points can be redeemed for
       rewards. When enough points have been accumulated to obtain the reward(s)
       desired, redemption may occur through online and/or physical locations as
       set forth on the Program website or Explainer Page. The redemption
       schedule, available rewards and other information is available on the
       Explainer Page. A Member must provide his/her Membership Number when
       redeeming points to protect the integrity of the Member’s points balance.
       Each Member is responsible to ensure that all Personal Information is
       correct and up-to-date and the Company reserves the right to block
       redemptions where the Member information is inaccurate or incomplete.
       Members are solely and entirely responsible for keeping their Account
       secure. If a purchase price is lower than the redemption value of the
       points, the remaining dollar value associated with all utilized points
       will be forfeited.
    
    2. VALUE: Points have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash. The
       accumulation of points does not entitle the Program Members to any vested
       rights, and the Company does not guarantee in any way the continued
       availability of any reward, redemption level, rebate or any other
       benefit. The Company assumes no liability to Members as regards the
       addition or deletion of items from or for which points can be collected
       and/or redeemed.
    
    3. TRANSFERABILITY: Except as permitted from time to time by the Company,
       points cannot be assigned, exchanged, traded, bartered, purchased or
       given by gift or otherwise sold. Any points so acquired are void. For the
       avoidance of doubt, such prohibited transfers include transfers upon
       operation or law upon the death of a Member.
    
    4. RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY: In the event of a return/exchange of any eligible
       purchase that initially earned points, such points will be deducted
       automatically from the Account that was used for the eligible purchase
       (whether or not the Membership Number is presented at the time of return
       and/or exchange). Points will be deducted at the same rate as they were
       earned. Upon the return and/or exchange of products awarded through the
       redemption of points, all redeemed points will be forfeited.
    
    5. PROMOTION: From time to time, the Company may advertise or offer
       exclusive offers to select Members to redeem points for items other than
       a discount reward, or receive other benefits or discounts.

 4. PRIVACY
    
    1. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION: We are committed to protecting your privacy. We
       will maintain the privacy and security of all personal information
       collected from Members, including, but not limited to: name, address,
       email address, telephone numbers, date of birth, account number and
       purchasing information (“Personal Information”).You understand that
       through your use of the Program, you consent to the collection and use of
       this information. As part of providing you the Program, we may need to
       provide you with certain communications, such as service announcements
       and administrative messages. These communications are considered part of
       the Program and your Account.
    
    2. UNSUBSCRIBE: By sharing your email address and as an active customer and
       Program Member, we and/or our service providers may communicate to you
       special offers, services, promotions and program information. You can
       unsubscribe from receiving such messages at any time by updating your
       online account, by contacting customer service of the applicable entity,
       or by clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of any promotional email.

 5. GENERAL
    
    1. ACCEPTANCE: By enrolling in the Program, each Member (i) certifies that
       he or she is over the age of majority in the province in which he or she
       resides (or is supervised by a parent or legal guardian who agrees to the
       Program Terms) and of mental capacity (or is supervised by a legal
       guardian who agrees to the Program Terms), (ii) consents to the company’s
       collection and use of certain personal information, except as he or she
       may otherwise notify the Company and (iii) agrees to the Program Terms,
       as they may be amended from time to time. By participating in the
       Referral Program, each Member certifies that they agree to the Program
       Terms.
    
    2. OTHER TERMS: These Terms & Conditions are in addition to any other
       Program Terms, and shall be read together with such other Program Terms
       as one and the same instrument; provided, that if there is a conflict
       between any terms set forth in these terms and conditions, the Program
       Website, the Explainer Page and/or any other Program Terms, such conflict
       shall be resolved as follows: first, the Explainer Page shall prevail,
       thereafter these Terms & Conditions, thereafter the Program Website and
       finally any other Program Terms. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event
       of any action, proceeding or other dispute arising from or relating to
       any Program Terms, such dispute shall be settled in accordance with the
       provisions and procedures set forth in these Terms & Conditions.
    
    3. ABUSE: Any abuse by a Member of the Program’s privileges, any failure by
       a Member to follow these Terms and Conditions, or any misrepresentation
       by a Member may subject the Member to expulsion from the Program,
       including forfeiture of all accumulated points.
    
    4. WAIVER: Every effort has been made to ensure that the information herein
       is correct. The Company is not responsible for any errors or omissions in
       printed copies of these Terms and Conditions nor those published from
       time to time on its website. Any waiver by the Company of the strict
       observance, performance or compliance by a Member with any of the Terms
       and Conditions contained herein, either expressly granted or by course of
       conduct, shall be effective only in the specific instance and shall not
       be deemed to be a waiver of any rights or remedies of the Company as a
       result of any other failure to observe, perform or comply with the Terms
       and Conditions. No delay or omission by the Company in exercising any
       right or remedy hereunder shall operate as waiver thereof or of any other
       right or remedy. In the event that any provision in these Terms and
       Conditions is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such
       determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any
       other remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

EARNING & REDEEMING POINTS

How do I earn more points with tiers?

EC Insiders earn 2 points per dollar spent, Turquoise Insiders earn 3 points per
dollar spent, and Rose Gold Insiders earn 4 points per dollar spent.

When do my points expire, and what's the difference between points and codes?

Points expire in 365 days; codes are redeemed rewards. Once redeemed, codes are
valid for 180 days.

Can I transfer my points to another EC Insider?

No, point transfer between EC Insider accounts is not available.

How can I spend my points?

Redeem points for discounts during checkout. Points cannot be used for Erin
Condren gift cards.

Do I receive points for canceled or returned orders?

No, points are not awarded for canceled orders, and points for delivered orders
will be deducted upon return.

How long does it take to become a Turquoise/Rose Gold Insider, and how long does
the status last?

You earn Turquoise Insider status once you reach $150 annual spend & Rose Gold
status at $500 annual spend

Upgraded status lasts 365 days from the qualifying shipment date.

When do my points expire? When do my codes? What is the difference?

Points will expire 365 days after being issued. Rewards are what you redeem
points for (ie: 500 points for a $5 off code!) Once you’ve earned enough points,
those will remain in your account for 365 days or until you redeem them for a EC
Insider code. Once you click “Redeem” you will have 180 days to use the EC
Insider code before it expires.

I returned my purchase, will I get the reward I used on the purchase back?

Once points are redeemed on a purchase, they cannot be allocated back to the
account even if that purchase is returned.

Do I still receive points earned on canceled or returned orders?

If you need to cancel an order, you have 30 minutes from the time the order is
placed to do so. After that your order is processed and can no longer be
canceled. If you receive your order and still want to proceed with returning it,
please contact customer service. You will not receive any EC Insider points for
canceled orders, and any points received for delivered orders will be deducted
from your account upon receipt of the items.

HOW CAN I EARN $10 OFF MY NEXT PURCHASE?

1. Earn 500 points ($5 value) when you sign up for EC Insider here.

2. Earn 200 points ($2 value) when you sign up for our newsletter here.

3. Earn up to 300 points ($3 value) here when you click "like us" on Facebook,
Twitter, and Instagram (100 points each).

4. Now you should have 1,000 points ($10 value). Grab your $10 Off code here (be
sure you're signed in first) and apply it at checkout in the Coupon/EC Insider
code field. Enjoy!

Can I create multiple accounts?

No, you can only have one EC Insider account and one login. Only one account
will be associated with your points and EC Insider codes and you cannot combine
email accounts.

I earned enough points to be a Turquoise Insider/Rose Gold Insider; how long do
I get to keep my status?

Once you’ve graduated to a new status, you have 365 days from the shipment date
that qualified you for that tier to enjoy your status rewards and perks!

Do I earn points and redeem rewards in Erin Condren retail stores?

Yes, you earn and redeem points both online and in-store.

I placed an order; where are my points?

Points are allocated upon order shipment. Contact Customer Service if points are
not reflected after shipping.

I shopped at an Erin Condren retail store? Did I get points for that too? Can I
redeem rewards there?

Yes! You will earn points for dollars spent both online and in store! Let the
person checking you out know that you are part of our rewards program and give
them your coupon code during check out.



MORE QUESTIONS

Can I earn points on Erin Condren purchases from Target & other retail stores?

No, EC Insider points are not earned for purchases at retail stores.

Can I use store credit towards my EC Insider account?

Store credit (egift card or referral credit) purchases are not valid for EC
Insider points.

Are there limitations on earning points?

Rewards apply to merchandise prices only, taxes, shipping, and certain
transactions are not eligible.

Can I earn points on Erin Condren purchases from Target stores?

We're so excited to be collaborating with Target with a limited-edition
collection. At this time, we are unable to count purchases made either in-store
or at Target.com towards your EC Insider point balance. We're sorry for the
inconvenience.

I have a store credit! Can I use this towards my EC Insider account!?

Purchases made with existing store credit (an egift card or referral credit) are
not valid towards EC Insider points. Feel free to spend those points towards
your purchase, but you will not be able to earn points on that total amount.



REFERRALS

How does the referral program work?

Detailed information on the "Refer A Friend" program is available on the Refer a
Friend page.

What happens to existing referral credit?

Existing referral credit remains as a total gift certificate code sent via
email.

Has my referral code changed?

No, your existing referral code remains the same.

Do I need to load points for referrals?

No, points for referrals are automatically added to your EC Insider account.

What’s happening to all my existing referral credit?

Your existing referral credit isn't going anywhere! Instead of seeing it the way
you used to, you'll receive an email with one total gift certificate code with
the remaining balance of your credit. Use this code at checkout until your
credit is depleted and then start racking up the points.

What about referral codes i have but haven’t loaded into my account?

If you have existing referral codes that you haven't loaded into your account
yet, they will still work. Any referral purchases made after this change went
into effect will now shift into being accrued as points. If you experience any
issues, please reach out to our customer service team.
