SANJAY MIRCHANDANI

As a customer-driven CEO, Sanjay is determined to deliver solutions that
liberate customers to do amazing things with data. Since joining the company, he
has done this by further innovating Commvault’s industry-recognized portfolio;
incubating Metallic, an award-winning SaaS offering; and strengthening the
Company’s robust partner ecosystem.

Prior to joining Commvault, Sanjay was CEO at software maker Puppet. During his
tenure, he grew Puppet’s user base to more than 40,000 companies, including 75
percent of the Fortune 100 and extended the company’s presence to Seattle,
Singapore, Sydney, and Tokyo. Before Puppet, Sanjay spent two decades in senior
leadership roles at Microsoft, EMC Corp., and VMware.

Sanjay is a global citizen and firm believer that inclusion and diversity are
critical to continuous innovation, which he instills throughout Commvault. He is
the father of two daughters and a ridiculously passionate fan of cricket. Sanjay
studied math at Drew University and earned his MBA from the University of
Pittsburgh.  Sanjay is a Distinguished Board Fellow at Drew University.

BRIAN BROCKWAY

Since 2015, Brian Brockway has been driving Commvault’s technology strategy,
product innovation and integration expansion across the partner ecosystem. He
has served in a variety of product management and marketing roles at Commvault,
which he joined after working as a strategic consultant at Gartner and an
equities analyst at Schwab Soundview Capital Markets. He holds an MBA degree
from NYU Stern and an Aerospace Engineering Bachelor of Science degree from SUNY
Buffalo, and served in the U.S. Navy Reserves. After years of working to spot
global market shifts and acting as his family’s technology guru, he’s challenged
daily by his daughters’ mastery of emerging (social) media platforms. He’s
called MacGyver by his neighbors for his problem-solving skills and fondness for
spy novels, and dreams of joining a surfer band when he’s not finding innovative
solutions for customers.

BRIAN CAROLAN

Brian Carolan has been instrumental in transforming Commvault from a startup to
the high-growth, global, publicly traded software company it is today.

Throughout his more than 20-year tenure, Brian has helped Commvault fund and
navigate its IPO, global expansion, first acquisition, and most recently, the
rapid incubation and launch of its award-winning Metallic SaaS portfolio. As
CFO, Brian is focused on strengthening investor relationships and paving the way
to double-digit annual recurring revenue to fuel the company for years to come.
He is also executive sponsor of Commvault’s Women in Technology employee
resource group.

After earning his Bachelor’s in Accounting from Villanova University, Brian went
on to work for EY in its Technology, Entertainment and Communications audit
practice and later obtained his Master’s in Business Administration from New
York University. He is a member of Villanova’s Center for Business Analytics
Advisory Council and President of its Alumni Club of the Jersey Shore, which has
raised more than $100,000 for charity over the past five years.

Brian, a Certified Public Accountant, recently joined the Junior Achievement of
New Jersey State Board of Directors, was named New Jersey BIZ CFO of the Year in
2016 and was inducted into the NJ Tech Council CFO Hall of Fame in 2019.

GARY MERILL

Gary Merrill is Commvault’s Chief of Business Operations and incoming Chief
Financial Officer, effective July 1. A Commvault veteran, Gary has also served
as Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Finance, as well as
Controller.

Gary has been leading Commvault global operations since 2019, applying his deep
financial and operational expertise to implement creative strategies and
practical solutions to transform Commvault’s finance, sales, and operations
organizations.

He has been instrumental in driving Commvault’s simplify, innovate, and execute
operating framework. In his current role as Chief of Business Operations, Gary
serves as the operating counterpart to the CEO, while leading all go-to-market
operations; business technology; customer success management; deal desk;
renewals; and financial planning and analysis. His combination of finance and
operations experience will serve as the foundation for increased strategic
leadership as he steps into the CFO role.

Gary began his career with Arthur Anderson LLP in its audit practice serving
companies in various industries. Before joining Commvault in 2005, He spent a
few years gaining finance experience for several global publicly traded
companies. Gary obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from
Elizabethtown College in 1997.

MARTHA DELEHANTY

With people at the heart of our growth, innovation and opportunity, we need to,
“get ‘em, build ‘em and keep ‘em” for the future. Chief People Officer Martha
Delehanty joined Commvault to do just that.

Martha uses her decades of human resources experience at Verizon Operations and
Verizon Wireless to guide and coach our team members to build fantastic,
life-changing careers. All while helping ensure that Commvault is a naturally
relevant contributor to our customers’ value chain.

Martha earned her bachelor’s in psychology from Mount Holyoke College and
master’s in business from the University of Texas. When she’s not working, she’s
working out; advocating for young women in science, technology, engineering and
mathematics (STEM); and serving on the board of trustees for 180 Turning Lives
Around, a non-profit organization dedicated to eliminating domestic violence.

MANOJ NAIR

An avid foodie, Manoj knows you need more than a recipe for success; it requires
vision, creativity, experience working the line, and an unstoppable drive to
succeed. With an appetite and passion for creating cloud solutions, he and our
nimbly driven Metallic team are focused on accelerating the innovation and
growth of Commvault’s Software as a Service (SaaS) business. The former CEO and
Co-Founder of HyperGrid, Manoj has served up cloud and security offerings for
HPE, EMC, VMware and RSA, and holds more than 12 information management and
security patents. He has a Master of Computer Science degree from Clemson
University.

RAJIV KOTTOMTHARAYIL

Rajiv Kottomtharayil wasted no time making his mark at Commvault. Starting as a
software developer in 1998, Rajiv quickly moved up the ranks – development
manager, senior development manager, product development director, and finally,
vice president of product development. When he’s not managing Commvault
production backup, Rajiv can be found running outdoors or watching the Commvault
team play cricket; unless it’s Christmas Day, that’s when he answers customer
emails. Rajiv received his Master of Science degree in Computer Science from
Monmouth University and Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics from Bombay
University.

RICCARDO DI BLASIO

Whether he is cheering on his favorite European soccer (or football to others)
team or coaching his field and partner squads, Riccardo Di Blasio is driving to
the goal as Commvault’s Chief Revenue Officer. A 25-year industry veteran,
Riccardo has grown numerous technology companies in multiple countries across
three continents.

In addition to speaking five languages, he is particularly well-versed in
helping enterprise and mid-market customers tackle their private, hybrid and
multi-cloud transformations. Riccardo has extensive experience leading sales at
DXC Technology’s Cloud Platform Solutions business, as well as within Cohesity,
VMware and EMC. Before joining DXC, he was CEO at Globetouch, an Internet of
Things company. Riccardo also advises several startups, venture capital funds
and established technology companies.

ISABELLE GUIS

Isabelle Guis brings two decades of experience in B2B technology marketing to
her role as Chief Marketing Officer. Her extensive experience includes multiple
go-to-market motions including SaaS, direct and through channel partners, as
well as product marketing and management across the IT industry.

Prior to Commvault, she was vice president of sales cloud product marketing at
Salesforce, where she oversaw product messaging, launches and innovation for the
Sales Cloud portfolio. She also held executive and senior management roles at
Egnyte, EMCCorporation, Big Switch Networks, Avaya, Cisco Systems, and Nortel
Networks.

Voted a Top 100 most influential B2B tech marketing in North America in 2016,
Isabelle resides in Silicon Valley, California, where she provides pro bono
consulting work to local Bay Area public and non-profit organizations. She also
enjoys socially responsible traveling and spending time with her husband and
cat.

TOM BRODERICK

Tom Broderick leads Commvault’s Strategy and Business Readiness teams. An
eternal optimist, Tom always searches for the best way to connect our technology
with our customers by taking an outside-in approach to design the business from
their perspective. It is in this way that Commvault is business ready to deliver
a great experience to our customers at every touch point throughout their
journey with us.

Tom draws on a career that spans customer-centric, operational and globalization
responsibilities. Before Commvault, he enjoyed the food-cart-lunch life in
Portland, Ore., as Chief of Staff for Puppet, and spent more than 16 years at
EMC leading Product Marketing, Global Operations and Talent Portfolio
strategies. Early in his career, Tom cut his teeth in product management and
sales for the eyewear company, Uvex. He has an MBA from Babson College and a
Bachelor’s in Marketing from Bryant University.

Tom and his wife have two children and now live in New Jersey. Being from
Boston, this often presents challenges in rooting for their favorite sports
teams, but they seem to make it work!

DANIELLE SHEER

Modern legal teams need to be predictive, proactive, and data-driven to meet the
speed, agility, and growth of global business. Danielle Sheer, our Chief Legal
and Compliance Officer, enables Commvault to do just that.

A strategic leader with deep experience managing complex global data privacy
systems, Danielle has repeatedly scaled legal operations for public technology
companies, led IPOs and other transformative strategic transactions, and
counseled leaders and boards on significant governance and shareholder matters.

Prior to joining Commvault, Danielle served as General Counsel at financial
technology services company Bottomline (NASDAQ:EPAY) and at cloud-backup SaaS
solutions provider Carbonite (NASDAQ:CARB). She currently serves on the Board of
Directors of LinkSquares; the Leadership Board at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical
Center; and on the Steering Committee for TechGC.

AVINASH LAKSHMAN

Avinash is all about challenging the status quo. As an engineer at Facebook, he
created Apache Cassandra, a “big data” database originally built to handle
Facebook’s inbox search feature. Facebook gave Cassandra away as a free,
open-source software project; his technology is now a pervasive database used by
many companies. Before starting Hedvig in 2012 with his brother, Srinivas,
Avinash co-invented Dynamo while working at Amazon.

Armed with a passion for data and undeniable entrepreneurial spirit, Avinash
took the helm at Hedvig and co-founded the world’s only private, hybrid and
cloud management system for virtual and container environments.

In his downtime, Avinash can be found writing code; playing tennis; listening to
classical music; and spending quality time with his wife and son.

variety of sales and leadership roles over a successful career. While there,
Nick served as the SVP of The Americas, managing Cisco’s largest geographic

across 60 countries. He also ran the company’s $12 billion Global Service
Provider organization, leading sales, service delivery and development for
