This Career Overview aims to provide you with an in-depth understanding of what it means to join our team. We believe that establishing a mutual fit between us and potential candidates is essential for long-term success. Our agency experiences a substantial volume of applications for both Benefit Advisor and Management roles across Canada and the USA. We offer remote positions with competitive salary packages, comprehensive benefits, continuous training and support, and promising avenues for career progression within one of the world's largest financial companies. However, we acknowledge that success in these positions requires considerable effort and learning behind the scenes. To initiate the application process, we ask you to participate in a Career Overview via a provided video conference link. Typically conducted by our Hiring Director or a State or Provincial Manager, this overview covers crucial aspects like compensation, training, provincial licensing, career paths, and our corporate history. While appearing on camera is not mandatory, we encourage you to take notes, as the information may be valuable during the final interview. Upon completing the overview, you'll have the option to fill out a brief candidate survey expressing your interest in the position. This step is pivotal, streamlining our evaluation process to determine your suitability for the role. If you choose to complete the questionnaire, we'll review your submission and assess whether you're a fit for a Q&A session with our HR team. You'll be contacted via text message or email with a scheduling link for a Zoom session, during which a camera will be required. We place emphasis on your Zoom presentation, as it reflects how you'll engage with our clients. After the Q&A session, our Human Resources team will reach out for further inquiries or extend an offer of employment.
