   ELECTRONIC MEANS ON 29TH JUNE 2023, THURSDAY AT 10AM TO TRANSACT THE
   FOLLOWING AGENDA:
   
    1. Consider and approve the Minutes of the 5th Annual General Meeting
    2. Opening Address by President
    3. Committee Personnel Change
    4. Presentation of Accounts
    5. Proposed Constitution Amendments to be voted on:
        1. Increase of Individual Membership fee from $50 to $100
        2. Increase Corporate representatives from 2 to 4
        3. Remove wording that excludes Corporate Member representatives from
           joining the committee
        4. Increase spending limit from $1,000 per month to $5,000 per month
        5. Include option of conducting General Meetings via virtual means
   
    6. Any Other Matters

   FOUNDED IN 2018, THE ELECTRIC VEHICLE ASSOCIATION OF SINGAPORE (EVAS) IS
   ESTABLISHED AS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT WILL COMPREHENSIVELY
   REPRESENT THE EV INDUSTRY, AND BE THE LEADING ADVOCATE FOR ELECTRIC MOBILITY.

   ANNUAL SURVEY
   
   Each year, EVAS conducts a pulse-check on the demand for E-mobility in
   Singapore via surveys on the general public, potential owners and EV owners.
   Our last survey exercise was conducted between October 2021 and January 2022
   and received more than 1,000 responses.
   
   SURVEY OUTCOMES
   
   From these responses, EVAS have summarised highlight several key findings
   which may be useful for policy makers, government agencies, industry groups,
   businesses, institutions and individuals in promoting EV adoption in SG over
   the next few years.
