you a position on our team! The details of your offer are as follows:

Position Title: Asphalt Ground Hand- ASCON08IC-Laborer I-02 Groundman
ASCON08IC-Laborer I Grade 8

Reporting to: Josh Lewis, Area Manager

Location: 207-12 DENISON PLANT 100003 6630 FM 120 Denison TX 7502

Hourly Rate: $ 18.00

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Pay Basis: Weekly, paid for Sunday through Saturday, the following Friday.

Contingency of Employment: You will be subject to completion of a pre-employment
process, including but not limited to 1) Background and Criminal Screening, 2)
Drug Testing, 3) Motor Vehicle Record, 4) DOT Physical and/or Medical Card
verification (if applicable), and 5) satisfactory completion of the Employment
Eligibility Form I9.  If your position requires a baseline physical, you will
have 10 days to complete this post-hire.  If the requirements are not
satisfactorily met, this would result in termination of employment. 

Start Date: We are targeting a start date on or before 4/9/2024. 

Employee Benefits: Your eligibility date for the following benefits will be the
1st of the month following employment. Upon hire you will have 30 days from your
first day of employment to elect benefits. Please refer to the benefits guide
for further information.

notice or cause.  Further, this offer letter should not be considered an
employment agreement regarding future employment or wages.
