The Overland-Tandberg’s brand portfolio offers a full range of archive solutions
that are reliable and mindfully built for the SoHo, SMB, SME and Enterprise
markets. Our proprietary RDX® brand is utilized by SMBs for localized onsite
reliability as well as Enterprise customers that run globally decentralized
operations. The competitors in our sector have no choice other than to OEM our
RDX solution. In fact, some of the world’s largest companies including Dell,
IBM, HPE, Lenovo and Quantum all rely on RDX technology. The RDX technology
provides local offices with enterprise grade protection from disruptive online
threats including Malware, Crypto-currencies compute theft and so forth.

The RDX brand is positioned as a “monopolistic competitor” with features that
create a profound value proposition. Owning the RDX IP along with a large state
of the art manufacturing facility in China gives rise to stable and growing
