We are a locally owned and operated computer repair shop. We can troubleshoot
any hardware, software, and network problem. Our specialties include virus
removal, upgrades, operating system repair, remote support, networking,
system administation, and custom built computers. We sell new and used
desktop PC’s and laptops. If you need a custom built computer for gaming or
CAD, we can do it. We support home and business users. Our service area is
very large spanning Gloucester, Yorktown, James City, and Williamsburg.

At Bay Tech Services we work on all brands such as: Acer, Alienware, ASUS,
Compaq, Dell, Fujitsu, Gateway, HP, IBM, Lenovo, Cisco, Linksys, Juniper, and
others.

A diagnosis is performed on all computers received to verify the problem and
determine whether a part replacement is required. Diagnosis is FREE.

If more than one repair is performed on your computer (for example, your Hard
Drive and DVD are both replaced), we will add the rates for each repair to
obtain a total labor rate, plus the price for replacement parts as required
for the repair.

Labor and replacement part pricing will be provided in a complete estimate
that we will e-mail to you after the diagnosis and parts pricing have been
completed.

All managed services and block time contracts come with basic phone and email
support at no cost and/or usage of purchased block time. Advanced support
