FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Hello from Stirlingshire!

We are currently hiring several experienced Series 7 roles.

All reps will be on a 100% payout as well as working 100% WFH.

Stirlingshire is here to deliver a brand-new type of Full-Service Asset
Management model!

We don’t believe the firm you work for currently should be taking such a large
percentage of the revenue you produce. Sure, there are other firms that claim to
offer high payouts, but we find the fees they charge back to the Registered
Representatives absurd.

So, what do we mean by a 100% Payout? It’s simple, if you currently work at a
Bulge Bracket and you do $1mm in front-end revenue, you will be paid roughly
$350k, which will be about $200k base and $150K bonus per every $1mm in revenue.
Now, if you are at a Boutique, that number will be higher, maybe $650-750K per
$1mm in revenue. At Stirlingshire, we believe that is still WAAAAAAYYYYYY TOO
MUCH. We have designed a platform that allows us to put everyone on a 100%
Payout, so you keep all the front-end revenue that you produce. You do that same
$1mm at Stirlingshire, and you take home $1mm. The firm makes our revenue on the
back end with things like Margin Interest and Fully Paid Stock Lending.

Attention! In addition, there is a 20% Equity pool set aside for all the
Registered Reps hired in 22/23 with a goal of an IPO over next 5yrs.

Lastly, you will be encouraged to work 100% remote!
