Prometheus Holdings (Malta) Limited who is the legitimate owner of Silknet.

Topaz Investments Malta Limited Limited's ultimate beneficiary is Erkin
Tatishev. Erkin Tatishev has been a long-standing Silk Road Group partner.

Daniel Kunin If the transaction goes through, the share of Silknet beneficial
owners will change. Daniel Kunin Giorgi Ramishvili will lose share and will have
an equal part of the transaction together with Yerkin Tatishev.
