What makes the VaynerSports Pass NFT project unique?



What makes VSP uniquely distinct is that it’s been built on top of VaynerSports,
a highly reputable and established sports agency representing 100+ world class
athletes from the ranks of professional American Football, Baseball, MMA and
Esports. This unique structure allows VSP holders to be connected with a real
pro sports organization and get behind-the-scenes content and access to
VaynerSports athletes.

What is the IRL utility associated with VaynerSports Pass?



Holders have the ability to enter raffles and win tickets to professional
sporting events as well as the opportunity to meet VaynerSports Athletes at
select events.

What sports does VaynerSports represent athletes in?



VaynerSports currently represents over 100 NFL, MLB, MMA, Gaming and NIL
athletes.

Do the Sport Icons and Pass colors grant different utilities?



The sports icons on a VSP represent the specific raffles/giveaways that VSP
holders are eligible for on a rolling basis. More icons = more entries to
raffles. Zero icon holders (aka Wild Cards) are eligible for EVERY RAFFLE. A VSP
with double icons (e.g. 2 Baseball icons) has better raffle odds than 2 separate
VSPs with 1 Baseball icon each. Sports Raffle Example: For the VSP Baseball
Experience in the Bronx, only baseball icon and zero icon VSP holders were
eligible for this specific raffle. Additionally, the rarity of the “card” will
also play a role in one’s odds of winning raffles. Spectacular VSP cards (lava,
gold, bubblegum, diamond, holo) have higher odds of winning raffles than Base
VSP cards (purple, orange, blue, yellow, red). Green VSP cards are in their own
special category of rarity in between Base and Spectacular. Remember, in the
Vayner world: Green is Green 😉

How will the future partner mints work for VSP holders?



Partner mints are designed to bring NFT collaborations to the VSP ecosystem. VSP
holders will be granted the opportunity to mint a NFT from a newly curated
partner collection for FREE (+ gas). These collections will potentially play a
role in future utility plans and in some instances, incorporate game theory.
There will be no gas wars with these collections as they will have long mint
windows. The VSP team is experimenting with different formats for these partner
mints. Our first featured 4 open-edition NFTs, our second featured 9,000+ unique
randomly generated NFTs.
