 * REDUCING MEDS

   hello. I would like any experiences please of inattentive adhd and reduced
   symptoms as the child gets old. My dd was diagnosed at 8 and on Ritalin. Now
   14 and we have reduced dose by 5mg a day. She seems to be getting ocd type
   symptoms whilst on the meds. She doesn’t seem to need them for homework and I
   can see some inattentive symptoms but r

 * ISSUES AT SCHOOL

   Looking for some advice. My son is in 4th grade and has struggled greatly
   this year at school. Most all of his struggles are outside his homeroom

   good relationship with those teachers (play dates with their kids outside of

   My son is 6 and was recently diagnosed with ADHD (though we suspected it for
   a couple of years now). He has been potty trained for several years,
   however...he's been having recurring issues with not noticing when he needs
   to poop. He often accidentally poops in his pants. I have come to recognize

   Our 7yo son has been diagnosed for 1.5 years and on meds. I'm looking for

   own bed, wakes up screaming wanting to know "mom are you still there?" Or bad
   dreams; sleeps with the overhead light on all night; starts in his bed but
   wakes up and sleeps on our floor most nights

   My daughter has been on Vyvanse during the school week for the past 2 years.
   It’s been incredibly helpful for her to focus in school on activities. There
   have been times she has not taken it, without fail I will get contacted by
   teachers, coaches, etc, asking what is wrong, something is off, etc. so it
   makes a difference. She’s been on Vyvanse as

   I know I'm not alone here I'm feeling such intense frustration. My teen with

   won't shower. Nothing I say or do seems to work to motivate her. She's just
   'stuck' and everything gets derailed. How do you all handle these very
   frustrating days? What makes you feel better?
