DARE 2B TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Dare 2b is a brand, in all the terms and conditions below, the terms "we",
"our", and "us" are used to refer to the parent company Regatta, Company Number
01063450, Basecamp, Mercury Way, Dumplington, Urmston, Manchester M41 7RR. If
you are shopping in Germany, the terms "we", "our", and "us" are used to refer
to the German parent company Mountain Sports, Register Number HRB7614,
Reichenberger Str. 1, 84130 Dingolfing, Deutschland.

Offers and promotions on the website are subject to availability and we may
change or withdraw them at any time and without prior notice. Nothing shall
oblige us to maintain offers or promotions for any period. Additional terms may
apply, details of which will be displayed.

Please note that all promos cannot be combined with other site wide offers (such
as multi-buys) and cannot be stacked with other promo codes.


OFFER CODES

All offer codes are online only unless stated otherwise. All offer codes are for
a limited time only. Discount codes need to be added to basket for discount to
apply. Only one discount code can be used at one time and they can not be used
in conjunction with multi-buys. The category the discount is valid on will be
stated in marketing materials (in emails please see the small print at the
bottom) and in most instances the product the offer code can be used on will be

MULTI-BUYS

All multi-buys will be available for a limited time only. They can not be
combined with any other offers or promotion codes. Multi-buy offers are only
available as advertised. For two for offer you must add two items from the same
multi-buy offer to the basket for the discount to be applied. Buy one get one
free offers (BOGOF) is for a limited time only on selected styles only. For
BOGOF offers you must add two items from the same offer to the basket for your
discount to be applied.

ORDER BUILDER OFFERS

These are offers where you have to spend a certain amount, to get a certain
value or discount % off your order. Excludes multi-buys and it won't work with

COMPETITIONS

Terms and conditions for any competition hosted on social media will be visible
on the notes section on our Facebook page for prize draw competitions the terms
and conditions will always be on the competitions page.


BRITISH AIRWAYS THE CLUB

1. This prize draw is only open for eligible participants ("Eligible
Participants", or in the singular, an "Eligible Participant"). An Eligible
Participant is a person aged 18 years or over, lives in the UK and is not an
employee of British Airways ("BA") or Cedar Communication ("Cedar") or their
affiliates, or their family members. BA reserves the right to verify the
eligibility of Eligible Participants. By taking part in this prize draw,
Eligible Participants confirm that they unconditionally accept the terms and
conditions set out below ("Terms and Conditions").

2. To be counted as an Eligible Participant, an entrant to the prize draw must
submit their entry on the form below ("Activity") between 06:00 GMT 15 December
2021 and 23:59 GMT 13 January 2022 ("Prize Draw Period"), and provide contact
details (in the form of an email address and/or telephone number) ("Contact
Details"), also in the form below. This will automatically submit entry to the
draw. No entries outside the Prize Draw Period will be accepted.

3. No purchase is necessary. A purchase will not improve your chance of winning.

4. No third party entries are permitted and only one entry per Eligible
Participant is allowed.

5. The following prize is available: Full AW21 Dare2B ski outfit, including
salopettes, mid-layers and a jacket. The prize is non-transferable and
non-refundable. The prize must be confirmed by the prize winner within two weeks
of being notified of the win. (the "Prize")

6. On the completion of the Prize Draw Period a winner from those Eligible
Participants will be selected at random under independent supervision in
accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

7. Once the prize winner has been chosen, the Contact Details will be used to
contact each of the chosen winners via email or telephone call. The winner will
have a period of 14 days to confirm their acceptance of the prize ("Claim
Period"). If a winner is contacted via email, winners must confirm their
acceptance of the prize in writing within the Claim Period by utilising the
medium by which they were contacted. If the winner is contacted by telephone,
they must confirm their acceptance of the prize in writing to Dare2B, The Club
Magazine, 90-100 Southwark St, London SE1 0SW. If any winner does not claim the
prize within the Claim Period, or the prize is declined by any winner,
supplementary winners may be drawn from the remaining Eligible Participants'
entries at Dare2B discretion and these winners will be sent the relevant
notification. In the event that Dare2B cannot locate any potential winners, the
prizes may go unawarded. The winner agrees to the release of their surname and
county to any other prize draw participants if requested via the Promoter.

8. Any other incidental expenses relating to the Prize are not included in the
above Prize and must be paid for by each winner, wherever relevant, including
delivery and insurance (if necessary).

9. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, discount
coupon(s) or voucher(s), promotion(s), or special offer(s), by BA or jointly
with any other organisation, bonus, awards or certificates.

10. All BA and third party terms and conditions relating to the prize apply.

11. Dare2B accepts no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from
misdirected or incomplete entries arising from the Eligible Participant's error,
computer malfunction, viruses, bugs or telephone malfunction or other such
causes.

12. Dare2B does not accept any responsibility in the event that any prize winner
is unable to claim their Prize within the Claim Period.

13. All Prizes are non-changeable and non-transferable.

14. No cash or credit alternatives are offered for any Prize.

15. Dare2B reserves the right to provide substitute prizes of a similar value,
should the specified Prize or any element thereof, become unavailable for any
reasons beyond its control.

16. Dare2B is in no way liable for the reproduction or indirect access via third
party web sites or home page access or where any reproduction of the information
relating to this prize draw misstates or omits any of the information or terms
and conditions connected with the prize draw.

17. Personal data will be taken wherever necessary from all entries received but
shall be limited to those details reasonably necessary for the administration of
the prize draw.

18. Wherever imposing such condition is legal, participation in the prize draw
constitutes the winner's (and companion's, if applicable) consent to BA's and
its agents' use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or
hometown and state, for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without
further payment or consideration.

19. Information collected from Eligible Participants and wherever applicable,
their guests, shall be subject to BA's Privacy Policy.

20. Dare2B's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Dare2B reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or amend without
notice the terms of this promotion and any Prize issued in the event of major
catastrophe, war, strike, earthquake or any actual or anticipated or alleged
breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other circumstance beyond
Dare2B's control.

21. Dare2B reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify or
terminate any Prize won by any individual that it finds to be tampering with the
entry process or the operation of the prize draw, or to be acting in violation
of these Terms and Conditions or, in Dare2B's sole discretion, in an
inappropriate, offensive or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to
deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the prize draw may be a
violation of the criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made,
Dare2B reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest
extent permitted by law.

22. Dare2B's failure to enforce any clause of these Terms and Conditions shall
not constitute a waiver of that provision.

23. Except as otherwise explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions, Dare2B
and its affiliates shall not be liable or responsible for any failure to
perform, or delay in performance of, any of their respective obligations that
are caused by events outside of their reasonable control. BA's total liability
for all claims arising out of or in connection with the prize draw shall be
limited to the value of the Prize won by the Eligible Participant. Dare2B and
its affiliates shall not be liable under or in connection with these Terms and
Conditions or otherwise in relation to the event for any special, indirect or
consequential losses incurred by an Eligible Participant (or, if applicable,
their guest) in any way. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall operate to
exclude or limit Dare2B or its affiliates' liability for death or personal
injury resulting from Dare2B or its affiliates' negligence, for fraud or
fraudulent misrepresentation or for any other liability which may not be
excluded or limited by law.

24. These Terms and Conditions apply to every Eligible Participant attending the
event or entering the prize draw with no exceptions.

25. If any of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable,
the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall remain valid and enforceable.

26. Promotional materials form a part of these terms and conditions. These Terms
and Conditions will prevail in the event of any conflict between these and the
promotional materials.

27. This prize draw is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the English Courts.

CONTRIBUTIONS TO DARE2B.COM.

Where you are invited to submit any contribution to dare2b.com (including any
text, photographs, graphics, video or audio) you agree, by submitting your
contribution, to grant Dare 2b Ltd a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive,
sub-licensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish,
translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, play, make
available to the public, and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with
respect to your contribution worldwide and/or to incorporate your contribution
in other works in any media now known or later developed for the full term of
any rights that may exist in your contribution, and in accordance with privacy
restrictions set out in Dare 2b Ltd.'s Privacy Policy. If you do not want to
grant to Dare 2b Ltd the rights set out above, please do not submit your
contribution to dare2b.com.

Further to paragraph 9, by submitting your contribution to dare2b.com, you:

 * ii. - is your own original work and that you have the right to make it

How do I get my photos featured on Dare2b social channels?

 * Upload your photo on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram or Twitter and use
   @dare2b_sports to alert us to your post. For us to be able to see your photo,
   your profile will need to be set to public.
 * If your photo is chosen by Dare2b you will receive a comment or direct
   message from our account, asking you if we can share your image. Please reply
   to that comment with #Sharehowyoudare2b to give your permission. By giving
   your permission you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions and to
   our Privacy Policy.

How will my content/photos be used?

 * Dare2b will use photos at their absolute discretion. Dare2b is under no
   obligation to use any of the photos.
 * You retain the legal ownership of any photo that you upload. However, Dare2b
   may, in perpetuity, use the image/content royalty-free worldwide across all
   Dare2b social channels, websites, and marketing.
 * Dare2b will also have the Un revocable rights to use any and all video
   content across all platforms including but not limited to Tik Tok.
 * Dare2b may edit or translate the content/image/caption at their discretion.
 * Dare2b may use your name, username, image and caption in connection with any
   of your shared images.
 * By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you are agreeing to Dare2b's
   Privacy Policy.
 * By replying with #Sharehowyoudare2b giving Dare2b permission to use your
   image, you are confirming that you own the rights to the photo and that you
   have all the required permissions to publish the photo.
 * By replying with #Sharehowyoudare2b giving Dare2b permission to use your
   image, you are confirming that you have the permission of all the people
   featured in the image. In the case of children, you are confirming you have
   the permission of the parent/guardian(s) of all children featured.
 * By replying with #Sharehowyoudare2b giving Dare2b permission to use your
   image, you are also confirming that you are over the age of 18.
 * To the extent permitted by law, you also agree to waive your moral rights in
   relation to any photos uploaded.

What happens if you want a photo removed?

 * If you believe that an uploaded photo on any of our marketing channels,
   including our social media channels, is inappropriate, offensive or is
   violating someone's legal rights, then you can report the photo by sending an
   email to marketing@dare2b.com. You must state exactly which image and from
   what platform/marketing channel. Dare2b will review and if/when in agreement,
   Dare2b will aim to remove these images as soon as possible, however, this may
   not be immediate. For any general data erasure requests, please email
   gdproffice@regatta.com.
 * Dare2b reserves the right to remove images from Dare2b's social channels,
   website, and marketing materials at any time and for any reason.

What happens if my image is then used by Third Party Sites?

 * If any image(s) are taken from the Dare2b social channels and shared by

SPORTSWEAR COMPETITION

This competition is only open for eligible participants ("Eligible
Participants", or in the singular, an "Eligible Participant"). An Eligible
Participant is a person aged 18 years or over and lives in the UK.

To be counted as an Eligible Participant, an entrant to the prize draw must
submit their entry on the form between 04th May and 18th May 2022 ("Competition
Period"), and provide contact details (in the form of an email address and/or
telephone number) ("Contact Details"), also in the form below. This will
automatically submit entry to the draw. No entries outside the Competition
Period will be accepted.

No purchase is necessary. A purchase will not improve your chance of winning.

No third party entries are permitted and only one entry per Eligible Participant
is allowed.

The following prize is available: £300 of Dare 2b Sportswear. Subject to
availability. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. The prize must
be confirmed by the prize winner within two weeks of being notified of the win.
(the "Prize").

On the completion of the Competition Period a winner from those Eligible
Participants will be selected at random under independent supervision in
accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Once the prize winner has been chosen, the Contact Details will be used to
contact each of the chosen winners via email or telephone call. The winner will
have a period of 14 days to confirm their acceptance of the prize ("Claim
Period"). If a winner is contacted via email, winners must confirm their
acceptance of the prize in writing within the Claim Period by utilising the
medium by which they were contacted.. If any winner does not claim the prize
within the Claim Period, or the prize is declined by any winner, supplementary
winners may be drawn from the remaining Eligible Participants' entries at Dare
2b discretion and these winners will be sent the relevant notification. In the
event that Dare 2b cannot locate any potential winners, the prizes may go
unawarded.

Any other incidental expenses relating to the Prize are not included in the
above Prize and must be paid for by each winner, wherever relevant, including
delivery and insurance (if necessary).

Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, discount coupon(s)
or voucher(s), promotion(s), or special offer(s), by BA or jointly with any
other organisation, bonus, awards or certificates.

Dare 2b accepts no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from misdirected
or incomplete entries arising from the Eligible Participant's error, computer
malfunction, viruses, bugs or telephone malfunction or other such causes.

Dare 2b does not accept any responsibility in the event that any prize winner is
unable to claim their Prize within the Claim Period.

All Prizes are non-changeable and non-transferable.

No cash or credit alternatives are offered for any Prize.

Dare 2b reserves the right to provide substitute prizes of a similar value,
should the specified Prize or any element thereof, become unavailable for any
reasons beyond its control.

Dare 2b is in no way liable for the reproduction or indirect access via third
party web sites or home page access or where any reproduction of the information
relating to this competition misstates or omits any of the information or terms
and conditions connected with the competition.

Personal data will be taken wherever necessary from all entries received but
shall be limited to those details reasonably necessary for the administration of
the competition.

Wherever imposing such condition is legal, participation in the competition
constitutes the winner's (and companion's, if applicable) consent to use of
winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state,
for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or
consideration.

Dare 2b's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Dare 2b
reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or amend without notice
the terms of this promotion and any Prize issued in the event of major
catastrophe, war, strike, earthquake or any actual or anticipated or alleged
breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other circumstance beyond Dare
2b's control.

Dare 2b reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify or terminate
any Prize won by any individual that it finds to be tampering with the entry
process or the operation of the competition, or to be acting in violation of
these Terms and Conditions or, in Dare 2b's sole discretion, in an
inappropriate, offensive or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to
deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the competition may be a
violation of the criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made,
Dare 2b reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest
extent permitted by law.

Dare 2b's failure to enforce any clause of these Terms and Conditions shall not
constitute a waiver of that provision.

Except as otherwise explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions, Dare 2b
and its affiliates shall not be liable or responsible for any failure to
perform, or delay in performance of, any of their respective obligations that
are caused by events outside of their reasonable control. Dare 2b and its
affiliates shall not be liable under or in connection with these Terms and
Conditions or otherwise in relation to the event for any special, indirect or
consequential losses incurred by an Eligible Participant (or, if applicable,
their guest) in any way. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall operate to
exclude or limit Dare 2b or its affiliates' liability for death or personal
injury resulting from Dare 2b or its affiliates' negligence, for fraud or
fraudulent misrepresentation or for any other liability which may not be
excluded or limited by law.

These Terms and Conditions apply to every Eligible Participant attending the
event or entering the competition with no exceptions.

If any of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the
remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall remain valid and enforceable.

Promotional materials form a part of these terms and conditions. These Terms and
Conditions will prevail in the event of any conflict between these and the
promotional materials.

This competition is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the English Courts.
