Expressway Company, and Miyagi Prefectural Road Public Corporation offer
Expressway sightseeing excursion discounts ( hereinafter referred to as "tour
pass".) is used during the period of use only on weekdays. ,It will be
announced. As a result, the tour pass, which was used at an average of about 30%
discount (*), will be about 40% cheaper in total.
In this case, in the "interim report (dated August 4, 2021)" of the Social
Infrastructure Development Council Road Subcommittee National Land Trunk Road
Subcommittee, the situation of severe traffic congestion mainly during the busy
season and the leveling of tourism demand In light of the situation in which
efforts to reduce the number of passengers are underway, it was decided to
implement the proposal in response to a proposal to ``expand discounts that
allow unlimited rides within a certain area for the purpose of promoting
sightseeing excursions.'' .

 * "Average about 30%" is the average discount rate for the tour passes (4
   companies total 21 plans) sold in 2019, and does not indicate the discount
   rate from the selling price. The actual discount rate varies depending on the
   section you use and the number of times you travel, so you may not get a
   discount of about 30% when using the Amazing Pass.

 1. Campaign details
    If you apply for and use an excursion pass sold by an Expressway company
    only on weekdays during the campaign period, you will receive an additional
    ETC mileage service point equivalent to 15% of the excursion pass sales
    price. .
    * If the application period includes Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays,
      this campaign is not applicable even if the actual period of use is only
      weekdays.
    * In this campaign, in addition to the ETC mileage service points that are
      normally given, an additional 15% of ETC mileage service points will be
      given.
    
    Usage example: Shinshu Meguri Free Pass (ETC car, regular car: 2 days)
    
    * The actual discount rate varies depending on the section you use and the
      number of times you travel, so you may not get a discount of about 30%
      when using the Amazing Pass. Please note that the above example is just a
      usage example.
    * The above usage example is the actual fee for the round pass when 5,000
      points of the ETC mileage service are exchanged for 5,000 yen as a return
      amount.
      In addition, ETC mileage service points can be exchanged for a refund
      amount that can be used to pay tolls according to the point exchange unit.

 2. Eligible Excursion Passes
    Excursion passes (including touring plans) sold by East Nippon Expressway
    Co., Ltd., Ltd., Central Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd., and West Nippon
    Expressway Co., Ltd. during the campaign period are eligible for this
    campaign.
    * The excursion pass is limited to ETC vehicles and is a great value product
      that allows you to freely get on and off the Expressway in the target area
      for a fixed price. Please check each company's website for details such as
      how to use and products on sale.

 3. campaign period
    From November 7, 2022 (Monday) to March 31, 2023 (Friday) (in the case of an
    excursion pass whose implementation period ends during that period, the end
    date of the excursion pass implementation period).
 4. How to use
    * Please register for the ETC mileage service before using the excursion
      pass (If you are already using the ETC mileage service, you do not need to
      register again. no special procedures are required).
    * Please prepare the ETC card that you have registered for the ETC mileage
      service, apply for a tour pass sold by each Expressway company with that
      card, and use it according to the prescribed conditions of the tour pass
      (the requirements for this campaign have already been met). If you meet
      the requirements and apply, you do not need to apply again.)
    * If the requirements for the campaign are met, points will be awarded on
      the 20th of the second month following the month of use.
    * The ETC mileage service is a service that earns points according to the
      amount of tolls paid with an ETC card, which can be used to pay tolls
      after exchanging the points for a return amount (for free tolls). For
      details on the ETC mileage service, please check the ETC mileage service
      website.
