FOOD AND BEVERAGES



ARE MEALS AND BEVERAGES PROVIDED?

Yes, all meals and beverages will be provided for the duration of the event.


TRANSPORTATION



YES, ALL MEALS AND BEVERAGES WILL BE PROVIDED FOR THE DURATION OF THE EVENT.

Each HR Manager is responsible for arranging their country’s flights with SSA
Employee of the Year HQ. If you have any questions regarding travel options,
please ask your HR Manager or email info@dhleoyssa.com.


COSTS



WHAT EXPENSES ARE COVERED BY DHL EXPRESS?

All accommodation, along with your onsite airport transfers, general event costs
and food and beverages inside the EOY programme will be covered by DHL Express.
Only personal items and meals and drinks outside of the group dinners are for
your account.


PACKING



WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME?

We recommend that you pack the following:

 * Suncream
 * Comfortable shoes
 * Any medication
 * Swimwear
 * Passport



WHAT CLOTHES DO I NEED TO PACK?

Comfortable clothes you can run around in – for the team-building exercises
Smart casual – for the Welcome Night & Informal Night
Black-tie / business formal – for the Awards Dinner
