THIS IS NOT THE STORY OF AN ACCIDENTAL ENTREPRENEUR.


While some say they fell unexpectedly into their career path – I ran full speed
ahead into mine. For as long as I can remember, I wanted to grow up and run my
own show. 




As the oldest of three girls, nurturing others comes second-nature to me – but
I've always felt a deep connection to my own independence. I vividly remember
playing "house," crafting my own fairy-tale as the cool older sister with her
own business and her own car. Since those early days, I have learned first-hand
the role that self-care plays in allowing me to live life on my own terms – and
it's this philosophy that I share you as I hold space for you, in my chair,
during your workout, and in our coaching sessions.

With an extensive fitness education and ongoing lived experience, I offer expert
program design and personal training that is tailored to your own unique
journey.

of fulfillment. Through my own personal experience, I know how imperative it is
to have a sounding board and confidant as you move through new seasons – the
inspiring, the challenging, and everything in between.

Through these sessions, I meet you where you're at and together we navigate
through your total body wellness.

Specializing in colour, cut, styling, and bridal, the studio runs on a
philosophy of holistic wellness, ensuring the products we use are aligned with
the well being of your body and the environment. On-scene bridal parties are
tailored to your day and needs, and I am always open to the opportunity to
travel.

Updo from $75
Able to work with clip-in extensions as well. 






CUT & STYLE


Root & Go $65.00
Colour is applied in studio. Single colour only, you do the rinsing at home.
Take home wash, rinse and colour remover wipe.
 
Root touch up from $75
Colour regrowth only, 1 colour only, wash in studio, brush out and product
application.

Tone/technique from $65
Toning and/or gloss service

Full Colour from $85
Colour roots to ends
 
Crown Highlight from $75
Foils and/or painting focused on only hair framing face.
 
Partial Highlight from $90
Foils and/or painting focused on top half head and sides.
 
Full Highlight from $120
Foils can include some painting, full head.
  
Hair painting from $175
Individualized service, using painting technique, full head.
