Close Contact Detection

Our portfolio of G7 safety wearables is the first in the world to deliver close
contact detection integrated into intrinsically safe and ATEX-certified
cloud-connected gas detectors. This new feature provides users with a real-time,
proactive warning when they enter close proximity with another G7 user through a
notification on their device screen, accompanied by flashing lights and
vibration. Together, G7 close contact detection and user warnings help
businesses facilitate safe back-to-work protocols that promote active social
distancing in the workplace.

Close Contact Tracing Report

The new Close Contact Detection feature for G7 compliments Blackline’s Close
Contact Report and History View Report, helping businesses identify and address
locations where employees work in close proximity to one another. Should an
employee present with symptoms or test positive for the COVID-19 virus, both
reports can be used to retrace the individual's steps. Teams can see where he or
she may have had contact with other coworkers and identify the team members who
may need to self-isolate.

From both our G7 safety wearables and our Blackline Connect smartphone app,
employee location data streams directly from the device, over the air, to the
Blackline Safety Cloud. The data powers interactive reports in our online
Blackline Analytics software facilitating simple, thorough investigations and
powering data-driven decision making.
