     AC HOTEL MEETS AND EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS
     
     We had an extended stay at the AC Hotel while visiting family in the area.
     Rooms are very comfortable and staff is welcoming. The room don’t offer
     much of a view, but we weren’t expecting much. A lot of sports teams
     visiting BC stay at the hotel and they can get a little noisy, although
     they all eventually quieted down. There are restaurants nearby and the T is
     very close. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next visit!

     Did not acknowledge my request that I had called earlier in week about for
     a close room to elevator for disabled husband ; did not acknowyBonvoy
     member at all. Room was not cleaned and bed unmade woth dirty towel
     From previous guest when we check in. This hotel charges very high rates
     yet does not earn the right to charge those rates. Takes advantage of
     parents coming g to visit their college age students and visiting teams

     GOOD STAY, ANOTHER EXORBITANT PARKING CHARGE
     
     Another good stay but a few issues to be addressed. Due to the short amount
     of time for my visit, I was informed that my room would not be serviced
     during my visit. I am fine with that but I should not have to call down to
     the front desk to ask for toilet paper or water. I did have an issue with
     my room after checking in that was immediately addressed, and for that I am
     grateful. My biggest pet peeve, however, continued to be the outrageous
     parking surcharge. $45/night is beyond obscene.

     SOMEWHAT DISAPPOINTED
     
     we stay here often but had some issues this stay: (1) checked in on a
     Friday, out on Monday--NEVER received any service or fresh towels during
     entire stay (2) Ice machine still not working (3) room had not been cleaned
     , only bathroom (4) buffet breakfast food was dry (eggs, meat) and had
     obviously been left out for too long..not cool for $20 per person !!!

     FRIENDLY STAFF
     
     From the moment you pull up to the valet, you feel welcome at the AC. It’s
     a nice hotel with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. We have been many
     times and always check there first when planning a trip to Boston. We often
     attend games at BC and it could not be more convenient to get to the
     campus. The rooms are always clean and quiet. It’s a great place to stay.

     The hotel was very nice and well-maintained, with modern clean lines.
     Amenities were just right. The staff was great. If you stay ask for a room
     away from the train tracks.
