As a Syncronaut NFT owner, you’ll become a member of the Syncronauts DAO. This
allows you to take part in deciding how the Syncronauts Community Treasury funds
will be used and where the Syncronauts are heading next. Once the sale ends, the
treasury will be seeded with the proceeds and the team paid. Holders can then
start writing and voting for proposals that are beneficial not only for the
Syncronauts but the whole NFT space.

The DAO’s first proposal is to create a truly decentralized NFT marketplace for
the community by the community, fair and independently run by the Syncronauts
DAO. Holders will decide what features to build next, what shall be done with
the fees earned by the NFT marketplace, and basically whatever you can imagine.
Remember, we run a collaborative road map, all further goals will be determined
by the imagination of the Syncronauts DAO.

How Many Syncronauts Exist?

A total of 777 Genesis Syncronauts are floating around in the Ethereum
Blockchain space.


How much do Syncronauts cost?

One Syncronauts NFT costs 0.25 ETH + gas.


How Can I Buy/Claim Syncronauts NFTs?

To mint a Syncronauts NFT, you'll need to get on the pre-sale whitelist first or
try your luck in the public sale.
Once the pre-sale claiming has started, it will run for 72 hours, and you'll be
able to buy up to two Syncronauts NFTs on our website.
Any unclaimed NFTs will be available in the public sale, which starts directly
after the pre-sale is concluded.


How Many Whitelist Spots Are Available?

There will be a total of 210 whitelist spots, as each whitelisted user can claim
up to two Syncronauts NFTs. 70 Syncronauts NFTs are reserved for the public
sale. Any unclaimed Syncronauts after the whitelist sale is over will be added
to the public sale. 57 Syncronaut NFTs are reserved for the DAO, including the
creators.


How Can I Get a Desired Pre-sale Whitelist Spot?

The SYNC Network team will be running a whitelist, and only worthy users
who've already proven their value to the NFT space will get in.

How Does the Whitelisting Work?


 1. Join the whitelist-party channel on SYNC Network's Discord server and apply
    for whitelisting
 2. The admins will award the "Whitelisted" role to worthy applicants
 3. Once 210 whitelist spots have been filled, we will provide further details
    (you'll provide your wallet address, etc.).
    
    
    
    

Will There Be a Public Sale?

Yes, we've reserved 70 Syncronauts NFTs plus all unclaimed ones for the public
sale. The public sale starts directly after the claiming period for the
whitelisted users is concluded.


What Will Be Done With the Sale Proceeds?

 * Community growth: Decide how to grow the community, for example by releasing
   additional NFTs to join the Syncronauts DAO*
 * New solutions: You have an idea for another product aside from the
   decentralized NFT marketplace, so inform the DAO by writing a proposal and
   let's get it done together
 * Feature requests: A new feature you'd like to have implemented on the
   decentralized NFT marketplace
 * Fees: Decide what will be done with the fees earned by the created solutions
