Check that you are using a supported version of PHP, more info can be found here: https://www.php.net/supported-versions.php also remember to indicate, in your forum support request (if you will open one or have already started) the PHP version with one you are facing the issue. You should try to use a supported PHP version also to be sure the issue is not caused by an old version. Check if you are using the latest version of UVdesk: https://github.com/uvdesk/community-skeleton/releases (note: this page is just to check version, is not valid for the download as UVdesk has different component not all included in the download on that page) Check your server error log Check the browser developer console to see if you get some error or useful info Sometime PHP or Apache memory can be exhausted, try to restart Apache, PHP or better also the whole server if is possible. If you have an open support request or you will open one, can be useful know how you installed UVdesk. Suggested method, most common are using SSH composer or by FTP. You can find more info in the forum knowledge base or maybe directly here (how to upgrade UVdesk) * TECHNICAL HELP Technical help for your UVdesk instance about 4 hours ago 275 Topics 1.6k Posts G about 4 hours ago @peopleinside ok i have no clue as to the PHP version. If I run PHP from the ubuntu cmd line, it can't locate it. I would assume that PHP is run from inside the container? but there is no reference to PHP in the docker-compose.yml file The image I am pulling is from nuttcorp/uvdesk:latest * BUG REPORT For discuss about bugs that you may find 8 days ago 30 Topics 214 Posts 8 days ago @rbecera thank you for your post!
