Meine Herangehensweise:


DER SYSTEMISCHE ANSATZ

Der systemische Ansatz ist neben der Verhaltenstherapie und der Psychoanalyse
der verbreitetste Ansatz in der Therapie. Er eignet sich über die therapeutische
Arbeit mit Privatpersonen hinaus auch besonders für Beratung und Coaching von
Teams und Führungskräften.

Ich unterstütze Sie dabei neue Perspektiven einzunehmen und Handlungsspielräume
dadurch zu erweitern, dass Sie Ihre Ziele, Probleme, Ressourcen und
Entwicklungsherausforderungen ganzheitlich betrachten können. Sind die Ziele
herausgearbeitet, helfe ich Ihnen eigene Ressourcen zu erkennen um
problematische Beziehungsmuster, scheinbar ausweglose Situationen und negative
Denkweisen zu durchbrechen.

Mein Fokus bei der Suche nach zukunftsorientierten Lösungen liegt dabei auf dem
Hier und Jetzt. Die Vergangenheit spielt nur dann eine Rolle, wenn sie
Lösungsansätze für Ihre Zukunft bietet.

Dabei betrachte ich Sie nicht als isolierte Person, sondern sehe Sie mit Ihrem
Charakter, Ihren Fragestellungen und Bedürfnissen in Ihrem privaten und
beruflichen Umfeld.

Auf Grundlage dieser individuellen Gesamtschau begleite ich Sie beratend in
Ihren persönlichen Lösungsprozessen und unterstütze Sie in Ihrer autonomen
Entscheidungsfindung.
