This website is operated by us, Verint Americas Inc. as successor-in-interest to
Verint Digital Experience ("Verint") a corporation organized and existing under
the laws of the State of Delaware. Our principal place of business is at 800
North Point Parkway, Alpharetta, Georgia 30005.

Verint provides a Voice of Customer solution that empowers consumers to provide
feedback to companies. At the same time, we help those companies better listen
to, and engage with, consumers by making sure consumer feedback is heard,
understood, and acted on.

This Privacy Statement describes Verint's collection of information from
visitors to our website, located at https://www.opinionlab.com, including the
companies who purchase our products or services ("Clients"), and their consumers
("Users"), as well as the choice available to those visitors regarding the use
of, their access to, and how to update and correct their personal information.
It also covers information collected from Clients through their use of the
Client only parts of our website and the information we collect from Users on
behalf of our Clients. The use of information collected through our service
shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which the Client
has engaged Verint.

WHAT INFORMATION DOES VERINT COLLECT FROM ALL VISITORS TO WWW.OPINIONLAB.COM?

We collect information visitors provide on our website such as contact
information or feedback. We also collect basic traffic information such as IP
addresses, host names and web pages visited.

This clause is not true for public website/it is true for portal: However,
information collected from prior visits could be associated with personally
identifiable information if you later become a Client to Verint services.

Tracking
We gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This
information may include Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet
service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp,
and/or clickstream data.

Verint and our marketing partners, affiliates, or web analytics or tag
management, search engine optimization , customer relationship management or

beacons, tags, and scripts, to analyze trends, administer the website, tracking
users' movements around the website, and to gather demographic information about
our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these

We take reasonable precautions to protect Personal Data we store from loss,

secure server hosting locations with 24×7 security monitoring, firewall
protection, controlled access, and encryption technology to protect your
Personal Data. When our Clients enter sensitive information (such as login
credentials) we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket
layer technology (SSL). No method of transmission over the Internet, or method
of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to
use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot
guarantee its absolute security.

WHAT INFORMATION DOES VERINT COLLECT FROM USERS ON BEHALF OF ITS CLIENTS?

Verint's Clients' Users
Verint collects information under the direction of its Clients, and has no
direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. If
you are a customer of one of our Clients and would no longer like to be
contacted by one of our Clients that use our service, please contact the Client
that you interact with directly. We may transfer personal information to
companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third
parties are covered by the service agreements with our Clients.

Personal Data Collection and Purposes of Use
Verint collects feedback from users on behalf of its Clients. Feedback is
collected through web-based forms, which can be presented through links on web
pages, mobile apps, emails and other methods. Most Verint forms do not solicit
Personal Data, and when they do, submission by the user is voluntary.

The data Verint collects belongs to our Clients, and Verint uses the data to
compile reports for our Clients.

Wherever we obtain access to Personal Data about our Clients' Users, we are
acting as a data processor on behalf of our Clients, and we therefore process
such Personal Data in accordance with their instructions, pursuant to our
contractual arrangements, and in accordance with applicable law. Verint's
Clients are the data controllers and data owners. You should refer to our
Client's website to understand their privacy practices; we do not have direct
control over the policies or practices of our Clients.

Verint acknowledges that you have the right to access your personal information.
 If you would like to access, delete or review your Personal Data, you should
contact our Client with any such requests. We will cooperate as appropriate with
requests from our Clients to assist with such responses and will respond to such
requests within thirty (30) days.

We will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as
needed to provide services to the Client. Verint will retain this personal
information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes,
and enforce our agreements.


WHAT INFORMATION DOES VERINT COLLECT FROM ITS CLIENTS?

Clients Who Subscribe to Verint Products or Services
Information from Clients who purchase products or services from Verint may also
be used to process orders and to send information to them. A Client may choose
to opt-out of receiving unrequested communications at any time by emailing
success@opinionlab.com or by changing the profile settings found in the footer
of specific email communications.

Some communications and alerts – which can include unrequested communications –
are sent to individuals under the control and direction of the Clients'
administrator. These communications are treated as internal business
communications, and the administrator controls the distribution of these
communications. Verint provides Clients a wide variety of services and
solutions, including reporting and administrative tools. In connection with
providing the services and solutions, Verint may obtain information about
individual Client employees, including Personal Data about the Client contact
such as name and contact information. Verint may use this information for
business purposes, including to deliver or provide products or services to our
Clients, to establish or maintain client and business relationships and manage
Client accounts. We will occasionally send you information on Verint products or
services we think may be of interest to you if you are a Client or choose to
sign up for our newsletter. If you do not want to receive this type of
information, you may opt-out from these types of communications by following the
instructions included in each communication, or by contacting us at
success@opinionlab.com.
