What Happens When I Return Items?
Upon the return of an item, the spend amount applied to your tier status for the
original purchase will be deducted from your account.
Can I Merge Spend From Two Accounts?
We cannot combine accounts at this time and we urge you to use a single email
address for all transactions to ensure you receive credit toward OM Rewards tier
status for every qualifying purchase made going forward.
When Will I Get My Birthday Surprise?
All OM Rewards Members will be invited to redeem a birthday surprise during the
month of their birthday. Notification will be sent to you via email, so it is
important that you are opted in to receive marketing emails from Orchard Mile.
Instructions on redemption and associated terms and conditions will be provided
in the email.
But I’ve Been An Orchard Mile Shopper For Years, What About My Past Spend?
At program launch June 1, 2019 you will automatically be placed into the
appropriate tier based on your qualifying purchases made at Orchard Mile within
the previous 12 months*. This loyalty tier status will remain in effect until
January 1, 2021, when it will be reset based on your 2020 spend.
*Purchases identified as those made online while logged into My Account when the
email address registered to your account is provided.
How And When Will I Receive My Other Perks?
Members are eligible for certain special perks, as illustrated in the chart
above. If your spend qualifies you for tier status at the time of the perk
distribution, you will receive an email with additional information when your
perk is ready for redemption. Make sure to update your email preferences to stay
informed.
