PRIVACY NOTICE

CGI is committed to protecting your privacy and providing transparency regarding
the conditions under which we process your personal data.

When using “Unified Access” application, your personal contact information such
as email address, first name, last name, hostname of user device and connections
established will be collected and processed for provisioning user accounts that
will be used in the subscription and authentication processes related to the
proper utilization of this solution. For this purpose, your personal data will
be processed for 60 days and deleted after that time period.

CGI may rely on other internal business units for providing you with the
reliable services in all CGI countries. Such sharing may imply transfer of your
personal data out of the European Economic Area (EEA) to a country outside of
such area for technical support purposes. Where such transfers out of the EEA
take place, CGI implements both EU Model clauses and relies on the European
Commission’s recognition of certain countries with adequate protection measures
regarding the protection of EU personal data. You can obtain a copy of the EU
model clauses in question by submitting a service request in ITSM or opening a
ticket with GUSD help desk.

You have the right to access your personal data. For legitimate purposes, you
can rectify or oppose to the processing of your personal data. You are also
entitled to ask to receive a copy of your personal data in a structured and
standard format. To submit a request or lodge a complaint, please send an email
to enterprisedataprivacy@cgi.com. To the extent permitted by applicable law, if
CGI does not adequately address your concerns, you have the right to lodge a
