WELCOME TO OUR BATCH!

A batch is what we in New Zealand call a little weekend house in the countryside
or by the beach. A little cabin in the woods for instance.

A place where you feel free to do whatever you want - A good place to be. Batch
Film Limited is a film production company located in Queenstown, New Zealand.

We provide production services for commercial film productions and photographers
shooting in New Zealand, Australia and the entire South Pacific region.

With our beautiful locations, professional crews, and state of the art equipment
(not to mention excellent food and coffee, and award winning wines) we can offer
you all you need to shoot your project in paradise.

IRIS - THE AUSTRIAN ONE

Iris started out as a professional photographer before moving into the world of
cinematography, where she thrived for many years. She was pulled, kicking and
screaming, into the evil land of production because of her uncanny ability to
get the job done.

However, if she goes missing on set, you can almost guarantee she can be found
somewhere in the vicinity of the camera truck.

She has been living in New Zealand for years now and has been partially
Kiwi-ified. The new improved Iris combines the ruthless efficiency and
professionalism of the modern Germanic barbarian with the adaptability,
friendliness and easy-going nature of a Kiwi.

We have majestic fiords and mountains, unbelievably blue glacier-fed lakes, lush
rain-forests, deserts, volcanoes, undiscovered beaches and more. New Zealand is
unique, it has the whole world rolled into one small country.

Situated in the South Pacific, it is made up of the North and South Islands, and
covers an area the size of Great Britain, Colorado or Japan.

WE HAVE WHAT YOU DON'T.

Wheat fields in January and beautiful Autumn leaves in April. Because we are in
the Southern hemisphere our seasons are completely opposite - Christmas arrives
in the middle of summer and August is the best month for skiing - so if it is
the opposite that you need, we have it.

(On top of that you get beautiful light, clean air and all the other advantages
that come with shooting in paradise.)
