FTX-VENTILATION


SÄNK DIN ENERGIFÖRBRUKNING MED UPP TILL 6000 KWH/ÅR 

Luften i ett hus ska vara utbytt efter ca två timmar och många svenska bostäder
ligger långt under detta krav.

Med FTX-ventilation får du ett välbalanserat ventilationssystem där värmen
återvinns och du kan styra luften dit den ska för att skapa en bra inomhusmiljö
och möjlighet att sänka husets uppvärmningskostnader.

VAD ÄR FTX-VENTILATION?

FTX är en mekanisk från-och tilluftsventilation med värmeåtervinning.

 * F = frånluftsventilation
 * T = tilluftsventilation
 * X = värmeväxling, värmeåtervinning

Denna ventilationslösning blir allt vanligare och innebär att man placerar
frånluftsventilation i badrum, WC, kök, tvättstuga och biutrymmen dvs. utsug där
man extraherar luft från rummet. Luften som extraheras passerar sedan genom ett
filter för att skydda aggregatets komponenter för att sedan passera genom en
värmeväxlare som tar tillvara på värmen i den luft som extraheras. 

Den friska luften som tillförs förs in genom tilluftsventilation i sovrum,
vardagsrum, och övriga sällskapsrum. Tilluften tas in via utifrån via aggregatet
och passerar först igenom ett filter i aggregatet som filtrerar bort pollen,
partiklar och föroreningar för att säkerställa ren luft innan luften sedan
passerar genom aggregatet värmeväxlare där den värms upp av den värme som
återvinns från frånluften i bostaden. Ett ventilationsaggregat sköter hela
ventilationssystemet på ett effektivt sätt och placeras ofta i köket, på vinden
eller i ett biutrymme.


MINDRE RISK FÖR FUKTPROBLEM

Med en FTX-ventilation inomhus minskar du risken för fuktproblem. Luften kan
cirkulera obehindrat och du får ett mer välmående hus.


RENARE INOMHUSLUFT

Ett FTX-system har effektiva filter som filtrerar bort partiklar som damm,
pollen och andra föroreningar. Med styrbar luftomsättning kan du även sänka
radonhalten i inomhusluften.


TYSTARE INOMHUS

FTX-ventilation har en lägre ljudnivå jämfört med ex. friskluftsventiler som
släpper in ljud utifrån obehindrat. Och med ljuddämpare kan man enkelt förhindra
ventilationsljud inomhus. 


FTX-VENTILATION GER ETT BÄTTRE INOMHUSKLIMAT

Ett FTX ventilationssystem ger dig ett jämnt och friskt inomhusklimat samtidigt
som du spar energi och du får:

 * En tyst ventilationslösning.
 * Ventilation anpassad efter behov.
 * Tempererad friskluft in i bostaden där upp till 85 procent av värmen kan
   återvinnas.
 * Inga temperatursvängningar inomhus oavsett årstid eller väder.
 * Filtrerad luft på såväl från- som tilluften där smuts och pollen fångas upp i
   ett filter.
 * Inga problem med att det drar kallt, vilket det kan göra vid installation av
   friskluftsventiler.
 * En ekonomisk lösning i och med att man återvinner värmen från inomhusluften
   istället för att skicka ut den varma luften och ta in kall friskluft.
 * Konstant luftomsättning som är oberoende av väder och vind.
 * En högre luftomsättning som vid förhöjda radonhalter kan bidra till att sänka
   dessa under gällande gräns- och riktvärde för radon, 200 Bq/m3.

Att installera FTX-ventilation medför normalt en högre installationskostnader än
enklare ventilationslösningar som friskluftventiler och mekanisk frånluft som
t.ex. badrumfläktar men skapar ett värde i bostaden och äen energieffektivare
bostad. Vid installation av ett FTX system dras ventilationskanaler till varje
rum för att kunna både tillföra och extrahera luft för att skapa ett effektivt
luftombyte i bostaden.

Vi har lång erfarenhet av att installera FTX system i befintliga bostäder och är
duktiga på att finna lösningar för att dölja kanalinstallationerna i möjligaste
mån för att skapa en effektiv och snygg installation. Saknas det utrymmen som
t.ex. vind att gömma rörinstallationerna på så går rören både att måla i valfri
färg i efterhand eller så kan vi bistå med att bygga in rören i en gipslåda för
att dölja dessa i samband med installationen.

FTX-ventilation har även en snabb återbetalningstid – ca fem till tio år. Detta
är en investering som alla fastighetsägare borde göra; om inte för ekonomin så
för hälsans skull.


FTX-VENTILATION OCH ENERGIFÖRBRUKNING

 * Energieffektivitet: FTX-systemet återvinner värme från den utgående luften
   för att värma upp den inkommande friska luften. Detta kan leda till betydande
   energibesparingar, eftersom mindre energi krävs för att upprätthålla en
   behaglig inomhustemperatur, vilket är särskilt fördelaktigt under kallare
   månader.
 * Kostnadseffektivitet över Tid: Även om initiala installationskostnader för
   FTX kan vara högre än för traditionella ventilationssystem, kan de
   långsiktiga besparingarna på energikostnader göra det till en
   kostnadseffektiv lösning över tid.
 * Bidrag till ett Miljövänligare Hem: Genom att använda mindre energi för
   uppvärmning bidrar FTX-ventilation till en minskning av hemmets
   koldioxidavtryck, vilket är fördelaktigt för miljön.

Sammanfattningsvis erbjuder FTX-ventilation inte bara en förbättrad luftkvalitet
och komfort i hemmet, utan också en energieffektiv lösning som kan minska både
energikostnader och miljöpåverkan.
