have added protections for Pregnancy, Sexual Orientation, and Gender Identity.

afforded leave for a reasonable period of time and may not be discharged under a
policy providing insufficient or no leave. They have also extended sex
discrimination to include prohibition of employment discrimination on the basis
of sexual orientation and gender identity. Acceptable complaints filed with the
OCRC has been extended from six months to two years of the last act of
