Proposal need to be attached together with Comparison Costing for any new project / initiative. 2) User to ensure Capex amount submitted is tally with Quotation and Comparison Costing attached. Please justify in the "Remark" column (Section 3) if there is any variance. 3) For “Purpose for capex” column (Section 1.5), instead of key-in the wording from Quotation, User shall insert a more specific and direct narrative for the reason of Capex requested. For example: * To replace broken floor tiles * To purchase self-scan kiosk 4) For “Supporting document” column (Section 1.5), User is required to attach supporting document such as store request and tracker. This is the same practice before Capex portal rolled out. 5) In Section 2- Capex Details, User is only required to input an “easy-to-understand” description in the Nature of Assets column. It is not required to insert to full specification/technical requirements from Quotation in this column to ease the reviewer and approver’s process. For example: * Floor tiles 10cmx10cm – 100 pcs @ RM5.30 * Self-scan kiosk (xxx brand)– 100 units @ RM5,000 6) For any insufficient documents submitted, it will be rejected by Finance and to be re-attached by User. No attachment will be allowed in the “Comment” box. 7) Please input a clear reason to write off / transfer an existing asset in the "Remark" column of Asset Adjustment Form. For example: * Faulty due to tripping and cannot be repaired * Store refit - no longer in use due to changed of store generation from G7 to G8 01/11/2019 14:25 WELCOME TO WATSONS CAPEX PORTAL Please login with your username and password.
