Subsequent to the roll out of Capex Portal on 1 Oct, there are few points that
we would like to share in order to avoid rejection and to speed up the review
and approval process.

1) User is required to attach signed copy of Comparison Costing (if Capex amount
above RM10K) together with Quotation. Proposal need to be attached together with
Comparison Costing for any new project / initiative.

2) User to ensure Capex amount submitted is tally with Quotation and Comparison
Costing attached. Please justify in the "Remark" column (Section 3) if there is
any variance.

3) For “Purpose for capex” column (Section 1.5), instead of key-in the wording
from Quotation, User shall insert a more specific and direct narrative for the
reason of Capex requested.
For example:
 * To replace broken floor tiles
 * To purchase self-scan kiosk

4) For “Supporting document” column (Section 1.5), User is required to attach
supporting document such as store request and tracker. This is the same practice
before Capex portal rolled out.

5) In Section 2- Capex Details, User is only required to input an
“easy-to-understand” description in the Nature of Assets column. It is not
required to insert to full specification/technical requirements from Quotation
in this column to ease the reviewer and approver’s process.
For example:
 * Floor tiles 10cmx10cm – 100 pcs @ RM5.30
 * Self-scan kiosk (xxx brand)– 100 units @ RM5,000

6) For any insufficient documents submitted, it will be rejected by Finance and
to be re-attached by User. No attachment will be allowed in the “Comment” box.

7) Please input a clear reason to write off / transfer an existing asset in the
"Remark" column of Asset Adjustment Form.
For example:
 * Faulty due to tripping and cannot be repaired
 * Store refit - no longer in use due to changed of store generation from G7 to
   G8

 1. Account Registration and Login Information
1.1 Only users authorized by Watson’s Personal Care Stores Sdn Bhd
(“Watsons”) are permitted to access and use this Portal. Watson’s notifies a
user of its authorization via email; this email notification also includes a
link for registering individual users. There is no legal claim to
authorization. Watson’s is free to revoke an authorization, stating the
grounds for such action, or to block associated user accounts.
1.2 The right conferred by such authorization is the user's sole right to
register individual employees of the user's company as users of the Portal.
The user is responsible for ensuring that the users provide complete and
accurate information within the scope of the registration process. The user
shall, in particular, provide notice without delay if the users' right to
represent the user for their access to the Portal should lapse.
1.3 Within the scope of the registration process, each user is required to

be responsible for all activities performed on the Portal under the users'
Login Information, unless the user can prove that the information has become
known to third parties without any fault on the user's part. If and insofar
as the user becomes aware that third parties are abusing the Login
Information, the user shall notify Watson’s thereof without delay.
1.6 After receiving a notice pursuant to Sec. 1.5 above, Watson’s shall
block access to the password- protected area using this Login Information.
The block will not be removed until the user makes a separate request to
that effect to Watson’s or after a re-registration takes place.
 2. Termination
2.1 Watson’s reserves the right to remove users which have been previously
registered on the Portal at any time and without providing reasons, and
additionally reserves the right to block the user’s access to the Portal.

access to the Portal, Watsons or the Portal is discontinued, Watson's shall
delete all user/user data including all other stored personal data of the
user as soon as such data is no longer required for purposes of accessing
    Portal.
2.3 Users may, at any time and without providing reasons, request deletion
of their registration and inclusion to the Portal. Deletion of all data
transmitted to Watson’s shall take place to the extent that this does not
preclude ongoing contractual relationships. In such event, Watson’s shall
delete all users data together with all other stored personal data of the
user as soon as such data is no longer required for purposes of accessing
    the Portal.
 3. Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and icons are proprietary
to Watson’s. Nothing contained on this Portal should be construed as
granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to
