International Relations:  UAI can assist you with international agreements
through partnership, funding, and academic mobility opportunities.

International Projects: Learn how U of A en gages globally by offering training
and expertise with international partners through short courses and projects.

GLOBAL LEARNING

Global Education:  Engage with important global issues and opportunities to
develop global citizenship, including International Week and the Certificate in
International Learning.

Education Abroad: Discover U of A Go Abroad programs and funding opportunities
that connect students with the world through study and internship placements.

INTERNATIONAL STUDENT & VISITOR SERVICES

International Student & Visitor Services provide programs and activities that
support the success of international students in accomplishing academic and
personal goals.

International Service Centre offers drop-in advising for international students
and advising appointments for Study Abroad.

Explore programs that allow students from abroad to come to U of A for a
short-term cohort program, a research internship program, or to study for a term

EXCHANGE PROGRAMS

Each year, the U of A welcomes more than 200 exchange students from around the
world. Often, students can take undergraduate or graduate coursework, which can
be transferred back to their degree at their home institution.

Territorial Acknowledgement

The University of Alberta, its buildings, labs, and research stations are
primarily located on the traditional territory of Cree, Blackfoot, Métis, Nakota
Sioux, Iroquois, Dene, and Ojibway/Saulteaux/Anishinaabe nations; lands that are
now known as part of Treaties 6, 7, and 8 and homeland of the Métis. The
