ADDENDUM FOR THE UNITED STATES

While our general Privacy Policy addresses the majority of compliance with the
California Consumers Privacy Act (CCPA), there are a few changes that we have
implemented to ensure compliance. And whilst the CCPA relates to California
only, we have adopted this approach for the whole of the United States.

As explained in the Privacy Policy, We only collect data that You have given to
us, consented to or that We have a legal basis to collect.

In California the legal basis to collect data is as follows:

transactions, including, but not limited to, counting ad impressions to unique
visitors, verifying positioning and quality of ad impressions, and auditing
compliance with this specification and other standards.

(2) Detecting security incidents, protecting against malicious, deceptive,
fraudulent, or illegal activity, and prosecuting those responsible for that
activity.

(3) Debugging to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended
functionality.

(4) Short-term, transient use, provided that the personal information is not
disclosed to another third party and is not used to build a profile about a
consumer or otherwise alter an individual consumer’s experience outside the
current interaction, including, but not limited to, the contextual customization
of ads shown as part of the same interaction.

(5) Performing services on behalf of Us or our service provider, including
maintaining or servicing accounts, providing customer service, processing or
fulfilling orders and transactions, verifying customer information, processing
payments, providing financing, providing advertising or marketing services,
providing analytic services, or providing similar services on behalf of Us or
our service provider.

(6) Undertaking internal research for technological development and
demonstration.

(7) Undertaking activities to verify or maintain the quality or safety of a
service or device that is owned, manufactured, manufactured for, or controlled
by Us, and to improve, upgrade, or enhance the service or device that is owned,
manufactured, manufactured for, or controlled by Us.

We identify the types of information collected in the last 12 months, the
sources of the information, the purpose of the information, and how the data is
shared and why. We do not sell any personal data to third parties.

This specific privacy policy is reviewed and updated every 12 months to ensure
it accurately addresses the CCPA as well as any changes within our organization.

Privacy Policy, We wanted to specifically highlight to You all information which

· Biometric information.

· Geolocation data.

deleted.

· Know whether Your personal information is sold or disclosed and to whom.

· Say no to the sale of personal information.

a verifiable proof of identity prior to allowing access to any records. For

This week we celebrate Women in Construction Week to raise awareness and
celebrate the work of women in the construction industry, the theme this year is
‘Envision Equity.’

The theme "Envision Equity" seeks to raise awareness of opportunities and
possibilities for women in the construction industry, to one day have an
industry that is more gender-equitable.

The Executive Director of National Association of Women in Construction, Crissy
Ingram said, "There has long been a culture of construction being only for men.
If we can get the women who have worked past that barrier out of the shadows and
into the spotlight, they can show other women, no matter their age or
background, that there countless opportunities for them in the industry.”

Check out the @nawicnational page for more information on Women in Construction

VOLUME 2, ISSUE 1 IS OUT NOW!

In this issue, Del Connolly wrote, "Over the last 12 months, we have seen a
steep increase in salaries. According to a report published by Willis Towers
Watson, Construction salaries look set to increase by 3.6% during 2022. We
believe that figure to be very conservative in reference to Data Centers due to
the technical competencies expected and required to deliver programmes to the
desired standard. Harper Harrison data suggests salaries to rise by 7-8%."

Congratulations to Del Connolly on his recent move to @lhigroup_'s Global Brand
Director. This is a huge move for Del and Harper Harrison as we further expand
our offering in the US and across Europe. Del has been invaluable to Harper
Harrison and in the past six years and has led us from strength to strength.

Del commented on this new adventure with, "This is a great opportunity for me to
help grow the brand globally and to ensure that we continue to have a clear and
value-led proposition to clients and candidates across all of our markets and
all of our offices. I am hugely proud of what the brand has achieved across
markets which are all high growth and very much robust to any changes in the
economic landscape. This gives us a great platform and confidence in which to
take the business to the next level. The adventure from 2022 onwards looks
incredibly exciting. I am proud of all of the team in 2021 for making it such a
great year."

Our journey started seven years ago this week, and what an exciting seven years
it has been. It has been an incredible journey for Harper Harrison, from
starting with a small team in the UK to developing into a global force with
offices in the UK, Europe and North America.

We, as always, want to thank all those who have been a part of the Harper
Harrison journey, as, without our outstanding team, we would not have the
opportunities available to us and be able to operate within some of the highest
growing sectors within our industry.

The brand has never been in a better position and has never had a better
foundation in which to significantly grow, so we also want to express a big
thank you to all our candidates and clients for being part of our adventures and
trusting us with the next stages of their careers.

Here’s to the next 7 years for Harper Harrison!

Manchester, Del Connolly, commented on this latest milestone:

"The past seven years have flown by! It seems like a long time ago since we
started Harper Harrison in the Leadenhall office and we have been on a bit of a
journey since then. Today, Harper Harrison boasts an absolutely outstanding team
and operates within some of the highest grossing sectors across, not just the UK

position and has never had a better foundation and platform in which to
significantly grow.
