ANDERSONS' INFORMATION


WHO IS THE ANDERSONS' GARAGE PROGRAM FOR?

This program, designed for commercial and government organizations that manage
and maintain a fleet of equipment, provides all the necessary tools. Residential
consumers can use this program as well. There is peace of mind in keeping an
inventory of your equipment, learning what you spend on your equipment, and
keeping track of maintenance.


WHAT IS ANDERSONS' GARAGE

Andersons' Garage is a portal you can access exclusively
through www.andersonssales.com. From there, you can:

 1. Contact The Stores
 2. Purchase Parts
 3. Request Service
 4. Enter the My Garage Portal

The portal allows you to:

 1. Record the Equipment in Your Fleet
 2. Purchase Parts For Your Equipment
    1. Directly From Andersons' Sales & Service, Inc.
    2. Through the Marketplace of Hundreds of Sellers
 3. Track Parts Expenses By Equipment Model
 4. Keep Copies of Invoices Safe
 5. Manage the Locations of Where to Ship Parts
 6. Participate in Our Customized Stocking Program, PartsNow.


WHAT IS PARTSNOW?

PartsNow is a customized parts stocking program designed for the equipment you
have. It works as follows:

 1. Send Us the make, model, and serial number of your equipment (including
    engines, where applicable)
 2. We create a recommended parts stocking list that includes the standard
    maintenance items and anything you want.
 3. You approve the initial parts order.
 4. We ship the order with free shipping.
 5. We send you a file with the recommended stocking list for you to place your
    stock orders in My Garage
 6. Participation allows you to place a weekly stocking order once per week and
    receive it freight-free.
 7. Emergency orders are allowed as needed, and you pay only minimal freight
    charges.
 8. Unused can be returned within 18 months of purchase with no restocking fee.
    You pay the freight back. (Returns must be in the original packaging and new
    condition for credit to be given to your account for future purchases.


WHAT ELSE DO YOU OFFER?

We offer OEM brands from Scag, Ferris, Cub Cadet, Bad Boy, Exmark, Toro, Briggs
& Stratton, Kohler, Kawasaki, Echo/Shindaiwa, Stihl, Hydro-Gear, and many more.
We also offer high-quality aftermarket products from Stens, Rotary, and Oregon. 

We have an extremely competitive fluid program for oil, transmission fluid, and
anti-freeze. Hydraulic fluid, grease, bar & chain oil, cutting fluid for
machining, and more. We are also developing suppliers based on the needs of our
customers.


IS THIS JUST FOR OUTDOOR POWER EQUIPMENT?

Not at all. Our specialty is outdoor power equipment such as riding mowers,
ATVs, tractors, and handheld equipment. But we are developing suppliers to help
handle heavy machinery, extensive agricultural equipment, construction
equipment, work trucks, trailers, and some automotive.
