assure optimum customer satisfaction, the total number of units sold in Egypt by
Melco-Mec has reached around 6192 units since year 1983. Melco-Mec built
training center with a variety of facilities where technicians can experience
the real work-site for developing the work experience and to enhance the
performance and the skills of our technicians to introduce the best service to
our customers to always keep our lead among others.

Modern Engineering Company (MEC) was established in Egypt In 1983 as the sole
agent of Mitsubishi Electric Corporation for Elevators & Escalators. Since then
it has gained all respect in its business.



Company was founded on 1999 as a Joint Venture (J/V) between the Japanese
Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (MELCO) and Modern Engineering Company (MEC) in
Egypt.

   fully imported and manufactured materials in accordance with Mitsubishi
   standards and Japanese code. We adopt the Japanese Management Techniques for
   maximizing customer satisfaction, minimizing time wasting, controlling costs
   and improving product quality. To ensure standard & quality implementation of
   our projects; “Microsoft Projects” is used for monitoring and evaluating
   various aspects and milestones of the projects.
