Dear Cardholder,

We are writing to let you know that we are changing the issuer of your Cash
Passport™ Card.

Currently, your issuer is Travelex Card Services Limited and from 15 June 2022,
your new issuer will be The Mauritius Commercial Bank Limited, with its
registered address at 9-15, Sir William Newton Street, Port Louis 11328,
Mauritius. The Mauritius Commercial Bank Limited is licensed and regulated by
The Bank of Mauritius.

You do not need to do anything, this change will happen automatically. During
the switch there will be no interruptions to your service and your card will
continue to work as normal.

The updated card terms and conditions will be available at
www.cashpassport.com/za from 15 June 2022. You can find information about how
The Mauritius Commercial Bank Limited handles your personal data at
www.cashpassport.com/za from 15 June 2022. Should you have any concerns with the
issuer change, you can request any remaining balance(s) and close your account
with no cash out fee until 15 June 2022 via any participating branch of the
business where you purchased the card.
