2022 NORTH CAROLINA STATE & FEDERAL LABOR LAW POSTERS
The North Carolina Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect amendments
made to the North Carolina Wage and Hour Act. The amendments require employers
to provide written notice to new hires on promised wages, to notify employees in
writing at least one pay period prior to any changes to wages, and requires
employers to send final paychecks through regular pay channels or by trackable
mail if requested by an employee in writing.

We ship almost entirely via United Parcel Service (UPS) anywhere within the
United States. International orders, and orders containing a P.O. Box are
shipped primarily by USPS.
Under normal circumstances, most orders ship out within 24-48 hours. However,
due to large order volumes, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our
control, we will ship your order out as soon as possible.

or exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your

condition with the original invoice. Return shipping costs will be at the
customer’s expense. Please note our outbound shipping costs will be deducted
from your return refund. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing a refund. In
the event you wish to cancel your multi-year service you may be entitled to a
prorated refund based on the dates of your contract.
