How do I get charged when I add members to my workspace?

For every member you add, you’ll be charged based on the time they’ve spent in
your workspace and your current subscription’s rate.

You’ll receive an invoice for these charges on your selected payment method on
the day of the month you initially signed up for your subscription.

For every member you delete, you’ll be issued credit based on the time they’ve
spent in your workspace and your current subscription’s rate. This credit will
automatically be applied to your next invoice.

Where can I find my invoices?

Workspace admins can access, view, and download your workspace's invoices by
going to Settings & members → Billing, then scrolling to Invoices. There you can
click on "View invoice" to see the invoice PDF.

Who is the guest?

Guests are individuals external to your team who you invite into your workspace
on a project-by-project basis.

Common examples of helpful guests include:

* People who have a different organization email domain;
* Contractors or interns who are working with you temporarily;
* Friends, family, mentors, etc. that you want to have contribute to or review
your work;

Here's how the xTiles experience is different for guests:

* They can't be given workspace-wide access. They must be invited to individual
projects in order to view and edit them;
* They can't create subprojects to exist projects;
* They don't see the hidden pages inside the project;
* They can't group pages;
* They can't create new pages and projects outside of the ones they have access
to;
* They can't adjust workspace settings or billing information;
* They can't add new members to your workspace;
* They can't add new integrations to your workspace;
* Otherwise, they have the same capabilities as a all other free members.

Can I export my data?

Yes! We offer page exports in PDF/Markdown/PNG formats. More export formats are
on the roadmap.

How do I import my archives or my MarkDown files to xTiles?

You can import your work from other tools to xTiles with just a few clicks. The
first step is exporting your work as a

MarkDown archive. Many note-taking tools allow for MarkDown archive exports. The
imports to xTiles will include all needed information

I have other team members. Can we collaborate?

Yes, you can collaborate in real-time with other by sharing projects for free.

After you subscribe to Plus Plan, you can collaborate with team by sharing
workspaces with their email addresses.

If you'd like to try xTiles with a team bigger than 5, you can book a demo call
with us.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, absolutely. You can cancel at any time without penalty and all your
information will remain intact.

How do refunds work?

Our refund policy is simple.
You can request a full (non-prorated) refund within 72 hours if you purchased a
monthly subscription and within 30 days of an annual or lifetime billing
subscription. We also do not issue partial refunds if more than 30 days have
passed since payment.
If you think you made a mistake with your purchase, please get in touch with us
at support@xtiles.app or via the xTiles live chat inside the service.

improve our services :)

Is my data safe and protected on xTiles?

All your data on xTiles is private by default and encrypted during transfer
(TLS). Our team uses xTiles every day both for work and for personal cases.
