Institute lists the top 100 people managers in the country

In its third year of the Great People Manager Study, Great Manager Institute
followed a rigorous four-layer process to arrive at the final list of the top
100 people leaders, sifting through 10,273 managers across 4,189 organisations.
The list, a diverse mix of founders, CEOs and senior and junior managers,
reiterates that the most inspiring leaders are compassionate and empathetic,
putting human values ahead of dreary company numbers. Because when one focuses
on people, business results are delivered as a byproduct.
