How do I get a new Everyday Rewards Card?

You can add your Everyday Rewards Card directly to your phone through your
digital wallet or the Everyday Rewards app. 
- Download the Everyday Rewards app
- Add your Everyday Rewards Card to Apple Wallet
- Add your Everyday Rewards Card to Google Pay 

If you add your Card to your digital wallet or download the Rewards app you
won't have to wait anytime and can keep scanning! 

If you would like a physical card instead, you can order a new Everyday Rewards
Card online by following these instructions:

 1. Log in to your account (if you are unable to login to your account see
    instructions below)
 2. Select 'My Account' in the top right corner, then 'Cards & accounts'
 3. Scroll to 'Order a new card'
 4. Select your Everyday Rewards Card number and the reason for replacement
 5. Follow the prompts.


Please allow 7-10 business days for your replacement card to arrive. If it
hasn't arrived after this time, please contact us.

How do I update my contact details?

Update your contact details online by following these instructions:

 * Log in to your account
 * Select 'My Account' from the top right corner then 'My Details'. (You may
   need to complete a second step of authentication. If this is the case, a
   verification code will be sent to your email address or mobile number to
   verify that you are the owner of the account.)
 * Amend your details, then select 'Update details' to save


If you've recently changed your mobile number or email address, or no longer
have access to the original email or mobile account you previously used to
register to Everyday Rewards please contact us.

What do I do if my Everyday Rewards Card is damaged?

Damaged card, no worries! You can add your Everyday Rewards Card to your phone
through your digital wallet or you can download the Everyday Rewards app.

- Download the Everyday Rewards app
- Add your Everyday Rewards Card to Apple Wallet
- Add your Everyday Rewards Card to Google Pay

Do all Rewards boosters (offers) work the same way?
There are lots of variances, such as whether it needs to be boosted or whether
it's available in-store or online. Make sure you read the details carefully, as
well as the boosters Terms and Conditions. They'll specify everything you need
to know.

When do I receive the reward for a booster I enjoyed?

Once you've qualified, your Everyday Rewards points will generally be added to
your account within 7 days of the promotional end date. However, be sure to
check the booster details and Terms and Conditions for more information.

How can I track my balance?

Everyday Rewards app:

 * Log in to your account using your email address or 13-digit Everyday Rewards
   Card number and password (you’ll then need to enter the 6-digit code sent to
   you via SMS or email)
 * You'll be able to see your balance at the top of the 'Boosters' tab once you
   open the app
 * To view your account transactions, click on the 'Activity' tab.

For instructions on how to download the Everyday Rewards app, click here.

Everydayrewards.com.au:

 * Log in to your account at everydayrewards.com.au using your email address or
   13-digit Everyday Rewards Card number, and your chosen password (you’ll then
   need to enter the 6-digit code sent to you via SMS or email)
 * You'll be able to see your balance at the top of the page as soon as you log
   in
 * To view your account transactions, click 'My Account' in the top right corner
   then 'My Activity'.

On your receipt:
When you scan or tap your card at any of our partner checkouts, you'll be able
to see your balance at the end of your receipt, along with a summary of any
points you've collected or Everyday Rewards dollars you've enjoyed on that shop.
If you've shopped online, this information will be on your delivery receipt.

Woolworths app:
Download the Woolworths smartphone app from the App Store or Google Play. After
you log in or sign up to Woolworths, you will be prompted to link your Everyday
Rewards account using your card number and the 6-digit code sent to you via SMS
or email. If you already have the Woolworths app downloaded, proceed to linking
your Everyday Rewards Card.

Shopping online at woolworths.com.au
You can view your balance when you're shopping with us online by clicking your
name, then 'My Account' in the top right corner then 'Everyday Rewards' from the
menu on the left. Note: any points you'll collect in that online shop won't
appear in this balance until your shopping has been packed and delivered to you.

How do I change or reset my password?

Forgotten your password?

If you normally log in to the Everyday Rewards website with your email or
13-digit Everyday Rewards Card number:

 * Go to everydayrewards.com.au and select ‘Log in’
 * Enter your email address or 13-digit Everyday Rewards Card number
 * Click ‘Reset your password’ to receive a link to reset your password sent to
   your email
 * Reset your password through the link you received. Please note this link is
   only valid for 36 hours

Please note that your log in details may be different to your Woolworths Online
account details.

Want to reset your current password?

If you remember your current password and just want to change it, simply follow
the steps below for the website:

 * Log in to your account
 * Select 'Cards & Accounts' at the top of the page

How do I register my temporary card?

Head to our Join page to register your temporary card. It only takes a few
minutes.

Create your online account by adding the requested information. Then order your
permanent Everyday Rewards Card by entering your temporary card number and
adding the address you'd like us to send it to.

Which products are excluded from Everyday Rewards boosters?

Everyday Rewards generally excludes purchases in Tasmania, smoking products,
gift cards (including Woolworths WISH Gift Cards, e-gift cards and iTunes),
mobile recharge, Woolworths Mobile, travel cards, tickets, cash outs, delivery
charges, donations, Carpet Care, lottery products, Pre-order Kiosks, BIG W
Photos, BIG W eBay, lay-bys fees and purchases using a AmpolCard, a Country Age
Pension Fuel Card or on a charge account, when you scan your card in-store or
online at Woolworths supermarkets, Everyday Market from Woolworths, BWS, BIG W,
participating EG Ampol fuel outlets and participating Ampol# locations~.

Additional exclusions for Everyday Market from Woolworths are: any products that
are indicated on the product information page as a product that does not collect
Everyday Reward points.

All products sold and supplied by HealthyLife Pharmacy via Everyday Market from
Woolworths are excluded from Everyday Rewards boosters.

~Additional exclusions for participating Ampol locations are: purchases at
locations that don’t sell fuel such as Foodary Bondi Junction, third party
businesses that operate within a Ampol location such as Guzman y Gomez and Boost
Juice, accommodation, AdBlue, amusement machines, travel/bus/freight tickets,
smoking/tobacco products and accessories, deposit and insurance services, dry
cleaning and laundry services, fax and photocopy, gift cards, lottery products,
handset kits, hire services, maps and directories, pay phones, phone cards and
accessories, Post Office accessories including postage stamps, prepaid and
post-paid internet, prepaid and post-paid starter kits, mobile recharge,
showers, tolls. Points can be collected on fuel purchases up to a maximum of
$150.

Please note that you cannot earn Everyday Rewards points at Ampol and EG Ampol
sites located in Tasmania. You cannot currently enjoy your Everyday Rewards
dollars at any participating Ampol locations in mainland Australia or in
Tasmania nor any EG Ampol in Tasmania.
