Massage therapy uses touch to manipulate muscles and other soft tissue of the
body. Clients can choose from a variety of modalities and time variations that
fit their lifestyle needs.




CUPPING MASSAGE



Cupping massage combines the alternative therapy of cupping with massage therapy
to promote relaxation, circulation and the flow of energy in the body. This
service is for clients seeking therapeutic massage for chronic and acute tension
in the body.  




REIKI MASSAGE



Reiki is used to aid in natural healing within the body.  This service is ideal
for clients looking for a holistic approach centered around easing the mind body
tension. 




REIKI



Reiki is used to treat the mind, body and spirit. The client stays fully clothed
during the session. Reiki is practiced by touch or holding the hands slightly
off the body. The practitioner gently holds their hands in positions on the body
to increase the energy flow to the area for several minutes. This promotes
relaxation from stress and emotional tension opening the body’s channel for
natural healing. 




SOUND BOWL MASSAGE



Sound bowl massage combines the use of Tibetan bowls and gongs with massage to
quite the mind and promote deep relaxation.  This session is ideal for those
looking for a deep meditative relaxation.

KALEY CARROW

As a licensed massage therapist since 2015, I have undergone training in various
modalities, including chair massage, deep tissue, cupping, and medical massage.
Additionally, I have pursed continuing education in the field of holistic
wellness, earing certifications as a Reiki Master and Natural Alignment
Practitioner with over 8 years of experience. 

I have also expanded my energy work practice to include vibrational sound
therapy. My ultimate goal is to provide a comprehensive approach to wellness,
taking into account the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit. I am
committed to nurturing and supporting individuals on their journey towards
optimal health and well-being.

NATURAL ALIGNMENT

Natural Alignment harnesses the innate healing capacity of the body to restore
its structural equilibrium. Unlike methodologies that rely on forceful
maneuvers, twisting, and cracking, Natural Alignment utilizes the body's
receptivity to specific frequencies. By applying these frequencies, areas such
as hips, spines, knees, shoulders, necks, sphenoids, and others gradually adjust
into their optimal positions. Through this gentle technique, the body responds
and moves accordingly, without exceeding its present readiness. Such a holistic
approach ensures that clients heal at their own pace and in alignment with their
individual healing journeys.

What should I know before my massage?


The most important thing to do is hydrate. Upon arrival we will take an intake
to address concerns and create a healing plan. 

What state of undress is suggested?


Whatever you are most comfortable with. The therapist will work around your
comfortability. 

How will I know what pressure works for me?


The amount of pressure can be adjusted throughout the service. The best thing
you can do is communicate with your practitioner. 

What do I do after a massage?


Hydrate, rest, meditate, let your emotions flow. Take it easy and listen to your
body.
