CURRENT SITUATION

During the Corona crisis, a quick trip to the relevant office to speak to a
clerk was made difficult by the restricted opening hours, the mask requirement
and the long waiting times, which made going to the locations anything but easy
or convenient. Unfortunately, many things cannot be resolved over the phone,
such as viewing a construction plan or filling out a form.

contact officials through a personalized 1:1 video conference and complete their
official business virtually. Through video, citizens can contact any registered
department/subject area and participating entity without having to physically
enter a government building. With Cisco Webex Meetings, citizens can engage in
face-to-face dialogue as usual and even view and edit documents together.

Go to the website, search for the virtual office and with one click you can make
contact. Based on the latest video conferencing technology, the official process
is now handled digitally via PC, laptop or smartphone.

THIS IS HOW IT WORKS EASY TO USE

The citizen first opens the homepage of the respective entity, where they find
an overview of all areas with corresponding opening hours.

They can also see whether an office is open or whether the responsible official
is currently attending another appointment. After selecting a specific area,
e.g., the public health office, the user can enter a virtual waiting area. This
is comparable to selecting a number at the physical site and then taking a seat
in the waiting room.

In the virtual waiting area, the citizen can also see how many people are in
front of them in the queue. As soon as the empoyee in charge is free, the
citizen is moved into the virtual consultation room. Many options are now
available to the citizen. Among other things, it is possible to speak live with
the official, exchange documents or even fill out forms together.

What is needed for this? Not much. Only a laptop, PC or smartphone is required.
There are no costs for the citizen.




INCLUSION WE SUPPORT PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES

Our solution eliminates the need to go to offices and government agencies for
people with disabilities.

For wheelchair users, every staircase is an obstacle and for the deaf,
communication can be a problem. With the virtual office solution from SWS, a
visit can be completed from the comfort of your own home and, if necessary, a
sign language interpreter can be called in at any time. Two of many improvements
in everyday life for people with disabilities.




COMPLIANCE SECURED ENVIRONMENT

This solution can be rolled out to any area with customer/agency traffic - it
doesn't even have to be a government agency.

 It could also be used in health insurance, insurance, banking or any industry
