We began our journey in 2012 with a focus on quality. Through clinical research

predict provider performance. From there, we implemented unique provider
selection criteria, continuous improvements to credentialing and the inclusion
of providers with subspecialty capabilities to create a high-quality provider
network.

We coupled our provider network with a superior technology platform to begin
connecting injured workers to exceptional diagnostics providers.

Today, injured workers and their physicians can leverage our network comprised
of accredited diagnostics providers and expertly trained radiologists to obtain
the most precise, accurate diagnostics readings – a critical step toward the

Navigere (nav-eh-jeer) formerly known as Spreemo Diagnostics, is a One Call
company whose mission is to provide injured workers with the best diagnostics
solution nationwide.

Our name, which means "to navigate," represents an uncompromising focus on
navigating injured workers, physicians and claims staff through an otherwise
complex process, resulting in best-in-class outcomes.
