Overall, well done. My Ticketmaster purchase integrated seamlessly when I logged
in using my Google account. The app was very intuitive. The only critical
feedback I have is that the information for the parking garage used was wrong.
The notes said to just drive in and provide a confirmation number but in
actuality we had to scan the QR code. There was no mention in the notes for the
order that this was a possibility. We will use this service again as the savings
were great!

Super easy to use and provides peace of mind. Unfortunately, we have had 1
experience where we reserved our parking spot and it still took an hour to
actually be able to park because the lot was full. There were 2 big events
happening side by side that day and people were not leaving when they were
supposed to. The parking attendants that day were of NO help.

Bad experience from this place. I parked in their lot, hand over my key, pickup
after 4 days. After picking up our car , I discovered that my side front bumper
entirely scratches, I know NYC is a tight space for an SUV (mazda suv) not a
large vehicle. Lesson learned made sure to check your car before leaving the
parking facilities. I emailed them but no response or compensation offer. Well
that would the last visit from them.
