No Appointment Needed * ABOUT US MISSION The mission of Outreach Community Care Network is to effectively support the physical, emotional, social, and financial needs of people living with and affected by HIV/AIDS in Volusia and Flagler counties and to prevent the incidence of new infection. OUR HISTORY Outreach Community Care Network was established in 1985 as a not-for-profit corporation in response to the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) epidemic. As a community based organization, our mission is to effectively support the physical, emotional, social, and financial needs of people living with and affected by HIV/AIDS and to prevent the incidence of new infection in Daytona Beach, Florida and the surrounding areas. Our qualified staff of devoted professionals provide community based services to those living in Volusia and Flagler Counties. In addition to our staff, our dedicated volunteers give generously of their time and talents in support of our mission.
